Radio Flashing Tutorial (HELP)

Can one of you Gurus write a quick radio flashing tutorial, I've been reading and I can't seem to figure out where the radio flash fits into the equation.
The file for a radio flash is much smaller than the file for a ROM flash but when it is opened it appears that it would over write the ROM when installed through Hard SPL

Anyone posting on a message board obviously can read. Thank You for the useless comment.
Thank you for the link, however I have seen the link posted via the stickied thread, before I made the post. It is WHY I made the post.
When the radio was flashing it went to 95% then froze into recovery mode and would not allow HardSPL to run and also would not reinstall the ROM. I ended up
reinstalling Duttys V4.
I wanted a quick tutorial to make sure I did every thing right and to determine what the cause of the freeze was so I don't brick my phone

2. Install HardSPL: check persianowns Kaiser HardSPL Walkthrough Video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaCt5pUn6iI
3. Download the Radio of Your choice: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=349375
4. Install Radio: Just like installing a ROM or HardSPL double click on the Kaiser_RUU.exe file and follow the on sceen instructions.
5. Pat on the back! You are done!

Alltheway is right that I could have read the same thing again and hoped for a different result. Insane. At the same time that he is "right", he is equally foolish to come to the board and give a suggestion on how I could have made better use of my time. He clearly took time out of his day to host/post his Samuel Jackson GIF and think of such a witty bit of information to add along with it, when he could have simply explained the process involved.
The situation you are referring to that I could have searched about (install freeze), was already taken care of yesterday so Thanks.
ser00405, Thank You thats all that I needed. If the radio install show occur exactly like a ROM install, my process is correct and I believe that there is something wrong with the radio RAR.

i want write ROMeOS v3.1 rom version on my TyTN II.i'm from Romania and i'm register in Vodafone network.am already made hardspl 3.56.someone can tell me witch version of radio is compatible with this radio version and vodafone network from romania?thx all.

Well, i installed the ROMeOS aswell, and my camera doesnt work anymore, stupid thing is, i tried lots of Radio's and i cant get the camera to work...

Please post this question in the ROMeOS v3.1 thread, and do not start new threads for topics like this. You should read, then search, and if you must post, please post in the correct prexisting thread.
Also, i'm pretty sure there are recommended radios in the first post of the thread for this rom.

Does a ROM have to be made for specific phone/model i.e. Samsung Jack SGH-I637?

hi there,
Does a ROM have to be phone specific? i just got the att samsung jack and hate the fact that i cant do certain things because the phone is locked and branded. do i now have to wait till someone comes out with a way to flash "THIS" phone or can i flash it with any ROM?!

i love the phone. i just need to flash it somehow with a nomal windows mobile 6.1 version. my phone is from att and is branded. i cant change certain setting with it...bugs the **** out of me...

Hey guys Sorry but at the time there are no ways to mod this phone aside from disabling 3g and a few other things, here is a good thread explaning alot more.

The answer has been posted a million times all over this forum and if you're too lazy to search for it then nobody is gonna just GIVE you the answer. Search the forum and you WILL find the answer. nobody here is just gonna do it for you. not tryin to be a **** but most everyone here is busy with their own ventures and nobody wants to take the time to answer the SAME QUESTION AGAIN that we've already answered a million times before, EVERYTIME A NOOB GETS A NEW G1.

And let's be honest, that happens every day

Well I'll assume your phone is rooted.
Partition your card (class 6) with ext3 or 4 with 96 or above swap. Get death SPL, then flash your desired hero.
oh, and wipe everything before you flash.

Dude, seriously search the forums. There are plenty of guides out there.

Depends on who's saying it. It's not hard to get hero (I did it all in one night), some others take a while

How to get hero....partition sd card then flash rom oh last and mos important...grab hammer and smash g1 OR USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!!

[Q] HELP with ParanoidAndroid 3+!

unlocked bootloader + rooted.
Hi. Just recently flashed ParanoidAndroid 3+ on my phone. But I am having some issues with it. The biggest issue was It seems I can't access to HYBRID SETTINGS. When I tried to apply some settings, it says reboot, I reboot, after reboot, nothing changes, nothing happened. I wanted to change the size/resolution because its too small but its not working. I am having a hard time hitting the options due to small fonts/resolution. 2nd issue was I can't send SMS because it says service not available.. What's wrong with my phone?:s Did I do something wrong upon installation with ParanoidAndroid?

it is not what i expect to look like. As you can see only the PA colors has a description.
see?its too small.
As you can see, the size setting is set to 0. which is too small. when i try to move the button to right to change size, it won't move :/
the system says, cant send SMS due to unavailable service..
I really hope someone would help me because Iwould really like to use ParanoidAndroid for my device :crying:

Post these problem in the ROM thread. The OP seems very active there, you will get quick answer there.

Rom thread means, the thread from where you downloaded the ROM.
