I've seen some different directions and they are all different and i have no idea what most of them are talking about.. please help.

Proly noob question, but cant find answer anywhere (hard to search this). I replaced opera by newer version which is not working, now cant run old one and wanted to reinstall original one from rom...

Hi is it possible to Protect a self created cab file - I mean a protect secure which not allows to extract,open or read the cab - which only allows to install?

If you build it, they will rip.
I don't think it would really matter, after its installed, you could find the files.
There is no purpose to locking a cab really. Logically, if you lock it from being read, how will the PPC read it to copy the files? thats all a cab file does is extract files and copy them to a specific location on the PPC
You can use RAPI to create some Windows installer that will copy the files directly to the device...

I was just wondering, because there are so many cab files with no password or anything...like S2p,G-Alarm,etc..Everybody can rip their work in a few seconds..
