Prophet Sound boost?

Greetings to all friends on this site...I have a realy serious question...Prophet is my best phone I've ever had but with one mistake-it's too quiet when ringing...My cousin wich lives in Germany told me that he saw a program wich boosts ring volume...When I asked him if he could send me that program,he told me he doesn't have it yet...So if anyone can tell me something more about that program I would be graetfull...
PS:when I asked him how that is possible he told me that that program actualy can boost sound,but he have no idea how that is possible,he only saw it on friends O2 Xda...Thanks for any answers and wish you pleasent evening!

I've never heard of that program i'm afraid! but.. if you have an mp3 ringtone, transfer it to your pc
open it in an audio editor and normalize it to 0db! you can get it louder again by compressing it.
if you need further instructions I'm happy to walk you through!

Thanks my brother...Well Actually I tried to edit in Nero waw editor but it won't save...Can yo tell me with what program can I boost MP3 and save it of course...Thank you very much for replying my post...

It works perfectly,only sound quality decreases when boosting,but still better than before-At least I can hear better ringing...Thanks for the link...

there is someone in the forum , who had fitted 2 speakers into its o2 mini, which has the same speaker as prophet.
dual speakers on your prophet, sounds cool . . .

Its easy to do,
first need to make a hole in the blackcap ( to fit the speaker ).
second need to wire the wires from the second speaker on de same place as speaker one ( be creative ) but remember this wil void your warranty for speakers have a look @ ebay i just order 2 new one's en thursday i finally get my prophet back with a new motherboard god i love warranty

People you should try changing the registries,i had the same problem and i found the solution on the web.I just changed some registries and the sound really boosted.Search on the web for the tweak.

can you give us the txt how did you do that?

And how did you conected them? In series or paralel?

This enhances sound. I don't know if it increases sound priority or it is just some gain issue.

Try this guys...
Use registry editor and go to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Ring
and change the initvol value from whatever it is to 5 as show below.
It will work for sure.
InitVol=dword:5

Problems with My O2 XDA Neo screen

Hi Guys,
I got this O2 XDA Neo 3 weeks ago. After 2 day of use the screen begun to flicker, decreased its resolution and brightness . Is there a way to fix this problem? By the way it was sold to me brand new with an English ROM version. Could this be the problem? How can I fix it. Thanks.

As your last resort,
unscrew and check the flex cable (going from lcd to the mainboard)

i have the same problem to!!! but whit a qtek s200...how to resolv that problem? please!

By the way the screen looks a little like when you "solarize"a picture. By the way can any one explain to me how to use the mtty program please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well opening the whole thing destroys your guarantee right? and a hardware problem like that is a guarantee case if its brand new so why didn't you send it in? if you haven't opened it yet send it in

To late, besides I'm in the southern part of Mexico doing pro bono work and is the only way for me to go online, so guess I'll have it fix once I get back. Thanks anyway.

I would say definetly another UNI!!!

I think it is currently only device that could replace Uni all thogh it has not much improvement compare to Uni.

Sorry vprince, I cant help you there as I am not from Malaysia.
Anyhow I suggest you investigate further usability of this device. I still have one Big question in my mind about this device: As the screen cant be twisted and the external screen is to small or not able to show contacts HOW TO MAKE Phone calls from contacts?????

The Toshiba's have consistantly bad reviews and the advice at Modaco seems to be to avoid them at all costs!
I use an Athena now but do mus my Universal... There is nothing similar available.

Htc diamond clock delay problem

Hi,
I have an htc diamond, rom: 1.93.831.1 wwe.
lately I have noticed that the clock is becoming late!
I am adjusting it and after a day it's late in two minutes!
if I will not adjust again the delay is growing bigger but very slowly.
can someone help?

The same thing started happening to me on friday. It was 20 minutes late and I missed my final train. I rebooted and it was fine.....today it was 2 hours late and I missed waking up..

Is it possible to skin the standard black and grey volume skin either with a solid color or a gradient OR a wallpaper

I found you something, its for the diamond but I think it should work on our Leo's because it uses the same (I think) volume graphics
