I was wondering if there is a program or way to move certain text messages to a different folder on the phone?

G'day, did a search for magic call and could not see anything reminisant of what application was being looked for. Is there a website link that I could look up please?

But sure, it's not free. But it works flawlessly. You can set up rules for the incoming sms how to handle them. One is to move them to a different folder.

Ok I have a tilt and a 8525. On my 8525 I have flash it with PV DVH BUILD19202. Alright now this rom has a missed call and mail(email,text) feature that I've never seen in a Kaiser rom. When you get a message you get a mail envelope icon and when there's a missed call there's a phone icon. What I like about it most is when you click on the mail it opens up big and its only that message that you see. I tried to run a search but when you don't know what there called it hard to find what your looking for. I would like to put on my tilt. Here are some screen shots:

Need a screenshot. Try a different image format. jpg or png maybe.

You managed to flash a ROM so you should be skilled enough to compress or change the format of a picture. Is there a Wiki on this to help this person out?

Thanks I changed it screen shots are up. Sorry I'm at work so I had alot of thing going on I just stop thinkin. lol

Your right that did sound kinda stupid didn't it forget me. Sometimes you really need to just slow down and take a moment to think.
yea whatever that application is it looks kinda cool and useful. Does it do anything else?
Look in your today screen plugins and see what is listed. Check your programs to.
Under Settings / Today / Items, what is checked off? I haven't seen this ether.
yes please inform us what it is when u find out. I would like to test that app on my device. I searched your build but couldn't put my finger on what program it is.

try using those screenshots in the forum related to the phone you had the application on. Then come back and report here when someone answers you.

ZoomSMS.cab ...... does this work on htc 8525 (AT&T 8525)..can you explain what this really does.....noob here,lol
i wouldn't recommend installing it. It completely fk'd up my device and a lot of settings.

Please elaborate on what this did to your device. Did you install to memory card or phone memory?

Yes this is cook into the rom on my 8525. I just put it on my tilt and it work perfect with no issues.

Dude basically its to me a better way to view your mail. Thats what I use it for.

I thought some people would like it. I'm glad you did.
Do you see graphic smileys in your Diamond2 SMS tab? I only see textual smileys, and HTC support said the only solution is to install a 3rd party program.
If none of you can see graphic smileys, what are you using to see them?
This post is not related with graphic smiles but as it is related with sms i will post it here and avoid several threads.
It happens frequently that when I switch on the display I receive de alert sound of a new sms. The sms was received before, sometimes a long time before but the alert sound only sounds when the display is switched on.
Anyone having the same problem?

You mean the "flip album" interface in the "people" tab? Post a link to what you're referring to.
If that is what you mean, then just tap on the + button and add a favorite contact. This is a place you can store favorite contacts, ones that already exist in your contact list. Once you tap the + button, you can select a picture, etc.

In this you tube link youll see it at exactly 2:18 where you see a pic for every message in the contacts card threaded text messaging screen it just looks really cool and was wondering how you get it to show up, though it is a touch pro 2 in the you tube link they have the same type of interface on htc website diamond 2 preview I provided the link to that as well under the you tube link, youll see it on the very first slide "A more Personal Way to Contact"

I see what you mean. I don't have that either, I think none of the final versions of the D2 have that... (as far as I know)

Im having Toms 6.5 rom right now and I have it, but im pretty sure I had it with the stock rom aswell.
It exists on mine... and I am on stock ROM.
i need to find out how to get that on my energy rom it looks really cool to me

Odd, I hate a stock ROM as well. What's your version?

I need to have more than the default 300 calls/14 days in call history
I have tried a program called Advanced config but it could not increase the number of call history
I tried to search the hd2 forum but I did not find any solution
is there any registry modification to increase the duration of call history more than 14 days or the record more than 300 calls

Hey, I haven't seen anything. but if your interested in keeping a record of your calls etc there was a program which automatically created an appointment in the calendar each time a call was made. Cant remember the name of it though Might be an alternative?

If such a program existed, how would YOU be able to view the SMS before it was hidden?
Having said that, a simple search (on "windows mobile hidden SMS", say) reveal some answers - but maybe that was too difficult?
