Is there any way of changing the wallpaper across all screens (Home, people, Messages, Mail, Internet, Photos & Videos etc.)on my HTC Touch Diamond? If there is please help.

It's not difficult to do so, there is an app called background4allpages that is on one of the forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=432951&highlight=background4allpages
only one problem, there is a slight bug between the different versions of Diamonds so if it doesn't work there is an alternative. It didn't work first time for me so I downloaded the other option.

Tried installing the HTC homeplug from the wizard forum..
It works.. but graphics all F****d up..
you can see all buttons, but about 1/3 of them is missing.
so a quick uninstall followed..
would have loved it on my uni

Can you share the file. lets see if we can change the icon's size

I tried your cab but i can see only 1/2 icons on my UNI
has anyone fixed this prob?

That is exactly the problem
it will work properly with the uni at 96dpi using RealVGA by Tobias but very small. it hurts my eyes

i am a little bit confused... i thought htc homeplug is different from htc home
HTC home will work on universal with no graphical defects if you are running a trueVGA resolution. on QVGA however, it will still work but most of the icons will be cut off. it contains a clock, weather info, launcher, quickdial, music today controller and profile (more like spb mobile shell but less features)
HTC homeplug will work on both qvga and vga. they contain shortcuts to battery, screen rotate, and comm manager. i read somewhere in the forums where you can add more shortcuts to this plugin...
...pls correct me if i am wrong regarding home vs homeplug... i had the homeplug plugin before when using indra's rom and installed htc home at the same time... hmmm...

Have you already tried Start Menu -> Settings -> Home -> Plugins
and enabled the HTC Home Plugin?

Hi Akira. Thank You for your quickly answer. By the way the problem that the there isn't Htc Icon on the settings after the installation of HTC Home_Plug_Today_Plugin.cab
Maybe my version of Wm6 is different.

I'm brand new here, and I'm hoping this question may have already been asked and answered but...
I have the new Orbit 2 and really much prefer the HTC Home to the o2 Today.
So I installed HTC Home and it works fine but...
I'm not able to control it in the same as this guy can with the TouchFlo...

I'd like to be able to control it in the EXACT same way; I have UltimateLaunch but it doesn't seem to change the whole screen in the way the video does, just the bit at the bottom.
Am I missing some software?

The answer to this thread is actually extremely simple. Remove ALL today plugins except for ultimate launcher then add your HTC plugin onto a tab in UL, then create more tabs with icons and such, set the tab gestures to open/perform the desired tasks and lastly set the height of the ultimate launch plugin to be equal to your entire screen size. After you play around for a bit you will understand. Ultimate launch does not use touchflo, it has its own "touchflo" monitor. I have been using a setup like this for a few days now and am quite happy with it. if you search here in the developer section you will see some threads there for "the better cube", "questions about tabbed today" and others. read those and you will be quite happy.
My O2 Orbit2 did not come with HTC Home, any clues as to where I can get this please?

The O2 version of the TC comes without that brilliant home screen, the one with 3 tabs showing that big digital clock, the weather or shortcuts. I know it's possible to install it separately but couldn't find the right plugin.
There is a file called HTC Home plugin in the package called All_HTC_softwares that I found over here but it's not that at all... I've just spent 3 or 4 hours looking for it on here so I thought I'd ask, apologies if it's been posted before though...

I've started changing the interface of my HTC Touch Cruise (Polaris) a few days ago using UltimateLaunch.
Now I'm scouting the forums to find new tips/tricks & answers to my upcomming questions but I'm not really a Technology dude so I'm kinda stuck..
What I would like to know is what application do you guys use to get buttons on the HTC home tab to turn on/off your bluetooth/wireless and even reset/turn off the device and what to use to change the icons..
Second, The s2u2.exe I use (iPhone lock) is somehow way to big for my screen, buttons are pushed over eachother and everything just looks....ugly, Is this a bug or am I just stupid?
Third...How can I show (current) weather and digital time in 1 tab at the same time?

2. Most probably you have installed wrong version of S2U2.
For Polaris you MUST use QVGA version.
