I could be wrong and GUYS correct me if I am but Just flash a WWE ( World Wide English) Rom. Use a Stock WWE rom first.

Yup u need to flash a wwe rom. Look in wiki for stock roms.

You´ll need to reflash a ROM in your desired language, for that enter to Jade section and do a search for it (not sure if there is one in portuguese, but in english there are plenty!)
