Hacks and Mods for outlook on BJII - Non-Touchscreen Windows Mobile Other

Hi,
I am using Blackjack II with 6.1 and I am using outlook with Imap. I would like to be able to change things.
1) the default pickup time for email is 5 minutes. Is there a hack to change the time to 2 minutes or even 1 minute ?
2) under the imap setup is there an addon or hack to allow you to create folders in outlook on the blackjack ?
does anyone know of any addon programs for outlook on a smartphone.

Set Mobile Outlook to "Connect & Check For New Msgs" sooner than 15 mins in WM6?

Set Mobile Outlook to "Connect & Check For New Msgs" sooner than 15 mins in WM6?
Anyone knows if there's a Registry key or tweak that could allow WM6 users to set outlook to connect and check for new email messages (in pop3 accts) sooner than 15 mins? (like in WM5)
Thank you!
In the tmobile Wing rom there is a application they use to set up Pop3 email that alows for every 5mins. its located in the extended rom of the wing. you can find that in the Herald forum, but i don;t know if its just a straigh install to the wizard you would have to try it.
Thank you!
I was hoping there was a registry patch or something that will enable outlook to work as in outlook for WM5.
15 mins to check for new emails is just too long (if you work with emails often of course)

mobile / pocket outlook help

I have been using ppc/wm devices for a couple of years now, my first was xda 2, though i have never used the pocket outlook email.
now, i got myself an i780 and wants to use pocket outlook for emails, how can i use the pocket outlook email on my ppc to retrieve emails from multiple accounts just like the outlook in my pc instead of having multiple accounts on my ppc for emails.
thanks..
one more thing, what is the best / (what would you recommmend) gps software for 320 x 320 device, specifically i780
You could probably forward all your emails to one address but as far as i know its not possible to have more than one email address attached to an account.

Does Outlook Mobile need to be running in the background to check email?

Hello,
I have setup Outlook Mobile on my Samsung Omnia to check my IMAP account. My IMAP account does not support IMAP IDLE as far as I can tell so I set Outlook Mobile to check for email every 10 minutes. When I test however, I find that my email is not being checked at all. Does Outlook Mobile need to be running in the background in order for it to check for new email? I do have ActiveSync running in the background but not Outlook Mobile (the "messaging" application). Thanks for any help.

I'm using WM6.1 to check IMAP at 30 minute intervals with no problem -- Outlook (poutlook, actually) does not need to be left open in the background.
@nonzenze - Thanks for taking the time to answer. I am glad to hear this. I must have something else messed up.

sending and receiving using the synced outlook account on WM 6.5

Hello
I would like to know if the following is possible, if not i know how to setup imap accounts and so on...
I would like to be able to use the main account on my mobile phone (HTC Touch Pro 2 / WM6.5 Warhawk) to send and receive emails when i am out of the office without having to setup another email account (imap etc...), i think if you setup up a valid VPN for your work connection the send and recieve option becomes available.
Is there a Hack, registry or otherwise that can be applied so i can have this function.
Thanks
