Instructions flashing this rom:
Your device must be fully unlocked!.
Battery must be full.
Remove your storage card.
Flash HardSPL 3.29.

Don't blame me if you don't know what you are doing, think twice before you handle!
Things you need to know about this Testversion:
First off all TF3D is still under Development and far from perfect!
I released this version to give you the feel what 3D can bring!
If TF3D is enabled on today the device won't be able to go in standbye.
Neither you can't turn off your device using the on\off button.
Therefore a small app is included called Togglemanila.
If you set this app under one of the hardware buttons you can 'Toggle' TF3D from today and switch off the device using the on\off button.
NOT ALL RADIO'S ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THIS ROM !!!
If you are having a bad flash it means the radio you used is not compatible.
Current radio's tested and work:
- 1.65.29.22
- 1.65.28.25

I completely ported OEM, SYS and XIP from HTC Opal build CE OS 19971 (build 19971.1.2.3 L26)
Chainfire's newest Manilla V3 drivers is in this version.
NETCF 3.5 is now in rom, this will give you more memory!
Manilla 3D is a lot faster in V2 comparing to V1.
I think it's now ready for everyday use!
You need to activate TF3D in Start\Settings\Today items
You can't switch off the device with TF3D enabled
Switch off TF3D by pussing the record button if you want to switch of your device!
So far the PhotoAlbum, HTC Audiomanager, Weather, Commmanager everything seems to work!
Not working:
Landscape mode
power off without disabling the TF3D on today

This Rom is the AT&T Official test CE OS 5.2.19209 and new Build 5.2.19209

Remove default ringtones and add in three Nice ones and one on default
Skype also now works on this new build
Radio 1.65.14.06 is not compatable wh this Rom

Dutty, where'd you get the updated version of Biotouch cube that you use in your ROMs...If you do not wish to share it, could you at least point in the right direction of getting it. The version of the cube in your ROM seems to be 2.0.297 and is more customizable (Custom FPS for cube animations) and whereas the other cubes seem to be older and outdated.

I'm getting more and more exited about this beautifull Diamond ROM.
In my eyes it's blinking fast with only a view bugs to solve.
Because everyone is complaining about the Diamond keyboard and also there favorit navigation program not working in WM6.1 I desided to release without HTCHome and without the Diamond keyboard.
I know I promised yesterday to do a release with the Diamond keyboard but it's still a bit bugged so I desided to start with this build, sorry about that!

HTC Diamond interface is in VGA and Kaiser is QVGA.
It's a prill beginning but I was so proud that I've ported the OS that I desided to share with you ASAP!
Now that it's in the air I will see what I can improve and bring over to Kaiser!
Step by step I will add more Diamond apps and more dll's to improve video acceleration and rom speed plus stability.

1st issue:
I installed touchpal but it wont display. So theres still a sip setting that need fixing. Same with FingerTouch.
Update: Looks like the sip issue is due to a Today plugin, disabled them all and now FIngerTouch works.
Removing one at a time now.
It's the Device Lock plugin!
Update: Wrong, I disable only the Device Lock plugin and I can't change to the FingerTouch sip.
Looks like disabling any 2 Today plugins followed by a soft reset allows the sip to change. WTF?
Update2:
Looks like WM6 cant have too many processes starting up at once. So, removing 2 today plugins did the trick.
I then turned all the plugins on, and then removed

I wonder if it's possible to get a cab of your "Diamond Look/Feel" versions of HTC Home (preferably with all 6 tabs if possible) for those that are not having navigation troubles and still want that. You are doing great things here so skip this request if it will take too much time away from bigger and better things (most importantly real life )

So Leo was cooking new version (V10) for 46 days. During this period i was testing about 13 betas and i think this is the best one.

i'm downloading the Throttle Launcher to give it a go. Im curious to know what's different from V9? Does Opera 9.5 beta play nice and not change message tone/auto rotate the screen? Also, have you fixed the SIP issues?

Last view days I started playing with Throttle Launcher and TL_TouchFlo3D.
I was stunt of the possibility’s and graphics. This rom is far from perfect but if you start playing with it you will be amazed I’m sure.

I agree.... it'll be nice to see if now we can tweak the throttle to run flawlessly like we were able to get the cube running after a while!

Throttle Launcher
I love the trottle launcher, but it is SO SLOW. I had to switch to your other new version with HTC home, thanks for the two new roms though. I am everyone else appreciate your hard work

Throttle Launcher
On mine it does start unless I start the app. I set it to a button but it takes for ever to load and and when I switched to the weather it just hangs there and I have to exit it out. Maybe I have a bad install? I am using hardspl 3.56

Thats what I did I switched to the other new rom v10 and its perfect. Thsi one is nice too but for me seems slow.

During last week i have tested Garmin's and SJ (HDIII) new releases and now Leo is back with us - so many options that i cant remember which rom is flashed on my tilt
We are lucky to have these great chefs supporting us. Thats what make the kaiser (tilt) the best platform for me.
