ActiveSync always appear in a task manager. Does anybody now how to disable it?
if you would have searched (just activesync work just fine) you would have found something like this:

As i red it somewhere, here's how have disabled activesync autostart permanently:
> Disable notification repllog.exe - AppRunAfterTimeChange
And voila, just manual activesync.
Note - You can use DotFred's Task Manager to accomplish this task.

if you just want to hide it, go into task manager settings and add it to the exclusive list.
I've tried this (repllog.exe) but it didn't help. I don't want to hide it, i want to kill it

I've searched for a registry edit to turn off the program name from always displaying in the title bar up top. I can't seem to find it -- does anyone know what it is? Thanks!!!
Do you mean: Start - Setting - System - Task Manager - tape&hold on a particular program name - "add the exclusive" in the pop-up meny ?
(the program then will continue to run in background but will not be visible)
Um... no... I mean when you're running something, anything, the name of it shows up in the upper task bar, to the right of the Start Menu. It shows as many letters as it can up to where the icons display. I used to use a program called WISbar Advance that had an option to turn this off, but no longer use it -- was hoping to find out how to achieve that setting through the registry.
How do i remove in the regedit this message sent or call complete email text message notification ?
this info comes up after I receive a call voice message SMS etc ....I know it is in the registery somewhere
Thanks

Chris,
There is a portion on Advance Config under Messaging, wherein you can disable the SMS sent notification. You can download advance config tool here....http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=549804.
There is nothing in the Advanceconfig that works
I do see the SMS Sent Notification in Messaging but I have it to DISABLED and it still notifies me everytime i get a message
go to Settings > Sounds & Notifications > Notifications...

I tryed to us Advanced Configurationtool 3.3
but it did not work
I will try yours
Do you know if Advanced Configurationtool 3.3
is the same?
there's no option in Advanced Config to disable or remove Notifications Queue.
SKTools is the best software for that.
i just don't know why you want to remove them... it's like having a phone without a sim card.

It seem push notification does not work well with Mate 7... for instance... whatsapp web.. in order for it to read messages at all I need to push the power button constantly to wake it up from sleep..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/help/push-notification-data-screen-off-t2985489
I don't know if this has been solved but their is a option on mate 7 which allows you to toggle between notification push and how you handle it when screen is off.
Go into protected apps and enable it and make sure notification manager is set to allow.
i dont see notification manager in protected app.
it's in settings.
Under "privacy & security" you'll see Notification manager and Protected Apps.
From main settings i have only security option no privacy&security.Mine mate 7 is 09-european version.
I'd suggest taking a look at your settings again.
Under "Privacy & Security" section you have:
- Location Access
- Do not disturb
- Notification Manager
- Protected Apps
- Security
- Fingerprint ID
- Backup & Reset
Yes i was in restricted and notification options but there is no option to set notification manager to allow, notify or restrict options.Notification manager is not on the list of apps for which you can set this 3 options or notification manager is with some other name in the main list.

I'm new to Vivo and I've found not receiving notifications for third-party apps like WhatsApp etc.
These are the options confirmed by Vivo.
1. You can open Whatsapp>Settings>Notifications>turn on the notification switches. You can take the pictures below for reference;
2. You can go to Settings>Status bar and notification>Manage notification> Whatsapp, turn on all the switches;
3. You can go to Settings>More settings>Applications>Floating window, turn on the switch of Whatsapp;
a. Go to Settings>More settings>Applications>Autostart>turn on Autostart of Whatsapp; Back to Floating window, then turn on the floating window of the app.
b. Add Whatsapp to Speedup Whitelist;
c. Go to Settings>Battery>Excessive background battery usage, and then allow the app to continue running when the background power consumption is high.
Hope it works.
Thanks

You must unistall i Manager (com.iqoo.secure). That one blocks Whatsapp and more.

Strange not here, only when i keep whatsapp on lock in background i get notifications. Now that i unistalled i Manager everting works fine and no lock on background is needed anymore.
You have to enable the programs you want to work in the background with iManager, permission management. You'll see various options there. I had issues with my gear Fit2 watch constantly disconnecting. After I enabled everything that deals with the gear Fit2 (to include the plug-in) it worked.

It's an app, so you can disable the system notifications from notification settings or just freeze the app.

I tried to disable the notification in settings but it says System Update these notifications can't be turned off, do you know the app name so I can freeze or remove it from system app/priv-app?

"System-Update"
Wow, this is exactly the question I wanted to ask.
Regarding method 1 (disabling the notifications), I can't find System-Update in Settings / Notifications / All apps.
That leaves method 2 (freezing). What tool do you suggest to do that?
I uninstalled Greenify because its hibernation was incompatible with Fingerprint unlocking (even with the 'slow method' enabled.)
EDIT: this seemed to work, is this a recommended way to do it?
- Open Titanium Backup Pro
- Tap the Backup/Restore tab
- At the top right, tap "Click to Edit Filters"
- Uncheck "User", check "System"
- Tap the green checkmark at the top right
- Scroll down to System Update 2.0.etc
- Tap Freeze

You need to enable the view of system apps within 1st method, otherwise only user apps are shown.
Freezing within TB works this way
Wow, fantastic. So I see that at the top right, there is a menu that lets you see system apps.
Awesome, thank you very much!!!
Well, I have found a new way. Using any root explorer, just go to system/app/OPBACKUP/ and rename OPBackup.apk to OPBackup.apk.bak and you are done...

Thank you! You helped me back with op 6. Any idea for op 8 pro, Android 11? They must have renamed the app, thank you!
You can use Titanium Backup to disable the updater...
