i'm sorry i can't find anything for you.. i have looked everywhere.. you can translate the english in xml. file to french.. i can help as much as i can..
je suis désolé que je ne puisse trouver rien pour vous .. que j'ai regardé partout .. vous pouvez traduire l'anglais dans le dossier xml. à .. français que je peux aider autant que je peux..
oO just flash a custom Rom to it!
I had a german one too but all the ROMS here are english so if you need it in english simply flash a new rom to it! DO you have T-mobile? Then you can easily flash the original t-mobile stock rom in english to it but its crappy better go with one of ttrans open touch ROMS they look nice and are all in english too!
Go with one of the good cooked roms - you wont have a problem. Only thing is the keyboard layout may not exactly match (qwertz.. /qwerty..) but thats all.

so you have to use hdwall (wich you can find here or easily on google) with this program you can change the background in all tabs ... you have to make few configurations depending your rom! or you can also find some theme with the background in all times!

EAP-SIM works fine with the stock ROM. No need for a patch. Do you mean it doesn't work with any custom ROM?

Well then indeed it's too bad no custom ROM supports this, and I second your request for inclusion of the patch. EAP-SIM is such a great feature when you're on a limited data plan.
It's very usefull for french Freemobile users.

Do you think french are the only one using EAP-SIM in the World ? that maybe the reason none roms have it , i been traveling and to be honest i never had a provider proposing this service , each provider have to configure his home EAS-SIM i think witch could be complicated to had in each roms ?? not sure im' a newbis on Android . bonne Coupe du Monde !!
This feature can be easily added to source, it's just a patch.
Lot of custom roms are based on cyanogenmod source. So, we must complain to Cyanogenmod team
I've tried to use binary wpa_supplicant from stock rom, but it doesn't work.
if the developers were french, it would be faster, perhaps.

Salut , je pense pas , car de mon expérience avec le M2 sur Lollipop , quand tu modifie le framework-res.apk , le téléphone bootloop . J'avais essayé et même avec des overlays ou n'importe quoi qui apporte des modifs sur le framework , toujours des bootloops .

je possede un Samsung Galaxy S5 root, je cherche une version de rom custom 7, nougat, similaire a une rom officielle samsung pour le sm-g900f. Je possede une rom custom cyanogen 14.1 mais je trouve sa tellement moche, les application, les menu...
Donc existe t'il une custom qui ressemble a une officielle et tres peu voir pas modifier.
