Parrot MK6100 compatability - P3600 Accessories

Hi all
Could somebody please clarify Parrot's compatabilty page for the Orange SPV M700?
In the Bluetooth features section, it states, Audio Streaming (A2DP) not functional with this phone.
In the Bluetooth profiles section, it states, Bluetooth Stereo (A2DP) supported by this phone.
I'm at a loss as to whether I'll be able to stream music from my phone via the car stereo in addition to the usual handsfree features.
Cheers.
Gary.

Listening to Music through Bluetooth Headset

Hi
Ive got an SPV M2000 (XDA IIs, which im sure you know ), and want to listen to music through the bluetooth headset.
Ive seen and applied the patch for Bluetooth Stereo headsets, but this isnt a stereo headset, its just a bog standard bluetooth headset (Jabra BT200 to be precise).
Is it possible to use this to listen to Audio through Media Player?
cheers

T-Mobile MDA Compact III

Hi guys
The T-Mobile MDA Compact III has FM radio.
Does anyone know if the FM radio audio is transmitted by bluetooth? Also the mp3 audio!
If not, I'm looking for a PDA (Windows Mobile) WITH radio that does transmit the radio audio over bluetooth - does such a unit exist?
The reason I want this feature is so I can use my Nolan bluetooth motorbike helmet to listen to the radio!
Cheers
John
I don't know about the phone itself, but I think the helmet would have to be a2dp compliant? I'm not sure the Nolan bluetooth helmets are. I think they only support the handsfree profile.
Was thinking about getting one of those helmets myself. Are they any good?
You can play mp3 audio over the Bluetooth but the radio refuses to play this way, I have tried many combinations/ settings and never got the audio to output via Bluetooth. That said the mp3 audio over Bluetooth is very good quality if a little low in volume - Mike

Bluetooth profile

The htc have the Bluetooth stereo audio profile.
And can buy a SE HCB-105 Bluetooth cheap. but it runs on headset profile and (darn) one more profile i dont remember, that i have to look up tomorrow.
but is it possible to get more bluetooth profile on the touch pro?
I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly but I own Plantronics P590 bluetooth stereo headset and there are two bluetooth profiles I which I can use to connect it with my TP:
Hands free (mono connection for answering phone calls f.e.)
Stereo Headset (stereo connection for listening to music f.e.)
And I can even use both connections at the same time. So what would you need more?

Bluetooth headset not working as Stereo

I have a Jabra BT135 headset.
It worked fine for all my previous phones. But in Vox, it only acts as a Hands-free for calls, doesn't play songs(doesn't act as a wireless stereo-the option is disabled for it in the comm. manager)
Can this be okayed somehow? plz help guyz!
What ROM are you using?
I found that on some ROMs (including the original HTC ROM) didn't like BT stereo headsets.
The best ROM I've found that works flawlessly, including automatic re-connection as a stereo headset (not just as a mono hands-free) is Frauhottelmanns WinMo 6.5 ROM here:

hope this helps.

BT sound in Car

Hello, my new car has a bluetooth support, that if I keep my fuze with bt turned on, when the fuze rings it ring on the car's sound, if I answer it works by car's sound and the BT integrated mic, and when I call also, it works the same way.
I'd like to transmit my fuze's sound I hear on WMP, or TCMP right to the car's sound, so I think I would have to configure car's sound as a handsfree.
Would anybody know if the bluetooth's sound would have a good quality? And if there is a away for transmit it?
Thanks
if the car's bt support a2dp you can choose it as wireless stereo under bluetooth settings
if it don't support that you cant
I can't see any configuration about it. what is this a2dp?
My car's bt is only a button, that u press two times to call, and one time to answer, it configures automatically, and I can not see anything about it.

Rudegar is right - if your car supports a2dp you can connect the device to your cars stereo. However some car maufacturers offer upgrades for BT-audio for their car stereos (Audi for example) if it´s not buil in originally.
I have a Sony car stereo (BT5100) and tried it with my touch pro. The sound quality however is fairly poor. I have tried different audio players with no improvement.
hippokrates, any idea if the built in bluetooth in a BMW M6 supports a2dp?
I found a PDF-File on the BMW Homepage. Apparently they don´t support a2dp (even though they don´t specificcally mention it) but offer so called snap-in adapters for a bunch of cellphones. Unfotunately the TP is not one of them. However, they tested the BT-functions (hands free protocoll and SIM-card access) and they are officially working with the touch pro. But I suppose you found that out allready ;-)
H, thanks for that. I couldn't find it on the BMW site. The bluetooth does work well with my TP in the M6. I only use it for the phone, which works very well. I'll have to experiment with the music and see if I can get that working. I'll report back.
