I have tried jblend and jbed, but they cannot vibrate the phone and make sound???

i had instaled the midlet mandager but send me a error "jmm.exe is not a pocket pc plataform software " another software foe wm20003se

You do not need more software than VS 2005 and SDK for WM.

You can write programe base on .Net Compact FrameWork 2.0 use visual studio 2008
you can dl it at microsft.com
and use it for free 90days
It's very easy to write program on WM, but still need to notice the difference between PPC and SmartPhone.

Just read the "MSDN" in your download, it's more usefull than a book.

What should I do to run a java(.jar) application in Windows Mobile 3(Pocket PC)?
Today this application runs on symbian S60 an Windows Mobile 6 using the MIDLet Manager of the group TAO.

You have to check whether you have java virtual machine or not. So if you have JVM then you don't have to do anything just install any java application via bluetooth or over the air. You need jad and jar file to do it properly.
If not, then download Jerodek JVM
http://rapidshare.com/files/170448700/Jeodek_Java.zip
Next, check in programs menu for Jerodek or Java option.

You mean simultaneous ? Normally Sun Java does allow several instances to run ...
