Try to reinstall your ROM again from the begginig, that´s because I pointed to Wiki. Installing a ROM I think it´s almost the same in any HTC.
Perhaps a master with more knowledge than us can give more information

I need help to Unhide/Unlock i-mate Ultimate 8150 Extended_ROM?
Tried following same steps as Flame with no success... Find device Registry in the attachments....

do you really have this TFFS2 on your 8150 cause in my 6150 i dont have it i have onlly 1 and 3 , which is strange?
did you change the policis like on the flame ?

go to Prophet Mobile 6 Section of this Forum there are lots of RECENT good WM 6.1 and 6.5 ROMS there
ya i go through that but my jamin does not support those roms
after upgrading jamin goes for 3 color screen and nothing else
can u provide a link to the rom which jamin supports

maybe you should read the wiki for more info... theres something as CID locked devices but the fix is only available for G3 devices maybe there is now for G4 devices you can check this on wiki..
and further study first naking sure you understand everything before trying on your device...

I just bought i-Mate ULTIMATE 6150, but it's still WM6.0.
And the i-Mate website is shutdown already. Can anyone upload the latest WM6.1 (Ultimate 6150 WWE WM6.1 - Version WWE.6.1.3.08 - CP Version M6.WWE.06.05) for me please?
I'm desperate already...

hi am rajesh from india me too have the same problem in my i-mate ultimate 6150 hang on logo hard rest not work while i try to hard reset it's show CB .. but nothing happend ...

and put the image file to mmc and try to update but i got wrong romlock error ... help me pls
