There will be no more updates on this 5.2.1413 ROM, My goal is achieved: packages are ready to use in other kitchens.
-HTC Camera
-Pocket MSN

-pocket RAR/ZIP

And of course all the TOUCH files
The Cube is invoked by the voicedial button.
-Slide Finger UP the first time to invoke
-Slide finger up in order to hide
-slide finger from side to side, the next time you want to invoke.
The known bug(s):
-OK/X button
FIX: use the re-alignment settings as shown in this post)
Or you could try the reg file in touch.zip attached in this post
-No mms
FIX: use the Asukal mms cab from here to install MMS features. (don't install the pocket MSN, it's already integrated)
-No icon for zip-file
FIX: install the reg in the zipicon.zip archive.
-while editing today screen, it could freeze up.
FIX: install the reg in today-set-freeze-fix.zip
-`Maybe a bug': Bluetooth headsets fail with some users, they do pair, but don't function! Others report it being fully functional.
Not a bug, but a feature: there are only Dutch and Belgium city's available in the today-weather app.
Replace the HH_0409_WeatherCities.xml with your own..

Here are the OEM Packages For Touchflo.
Note:
---> in order to use the packages, you will need to delete some files and modules from the Kitchen <---

Use duplicate file finder (freeware) and add some extra filters for mui, lnk and dat.
Then you still have to remove the modules.
The OEMAPPS package still contain files not belonging there, so some could be moved to a new package, however, it's sanitized the best I could (regarding the time I've had)
I have tested these packages only as a complete unit, not the separate packages!
-So the problem could occur that a stand-alone package would not work.
DOWNLOAD THE NEW V2B PACKAGES HERE
[size=+2]FIX YOUR BUTTONS WITH THE FOLLOWING SCREEN ALIGNMENT:[/size]
Alling your touchscreen as shown in attached image.
This will fix all of the button problems.
Or you could try the touch.reg in the touch.zip (these are my alignment settings, could work, could fail, if it fails retry aligning according my instructions)

verify under settings/buttons that button 4 is set for the cube function.
Once you press button 4, release it, then slide your finger from left to right.
Once it starts rotating screens, to exit back to the "home" page, go from bottom to top.
I haven't tried the rom directly, but this was the function in the French rom.

the splash screen's nice, but after i flashed the first time, button 4 was empty and it wasn't in the button settings' drop down menu.
after second flash, it works and it's SOOOO COOOL! i didn't go to the button settings thing at all for fear of it being empty again and then me pressing ok and then losing it forever like the first time i flashed.

i went to button settings again and lost it once again. i clicked buttons (in settings), saw that button 4 was empty (after cube had just worked) and had to press ok to get out of it and now i can't find it (nor use it). other than that, it's cool.

what does that rom include? only the cube part what about the flicker browsing?. . .hehehe that's what i wanna have in my wizard.

so the action of going to settings-buttons removes the entry? Hmmm... I wonder, even though the registry is specifying the application for the button when it's opened, when the button control is invoked - it doesn't match to a predefined list and thus removes it. Once it's open, it has overwritten the registry... just thinking out loud...

yep, you got it. meanwhile (after flash #3 in the past hour), i'm going to have fun with this and not even think about touching the "buttons" icon in settings until someone who knows how to deal with it can fix it.
i haven't been looking but the only french of the today screen is the htc audio plugin when it displays the "tap here to play songs.." or something.

ok, the keyboard is not qwerty. i must flash to something else for now. that cube rocks though.
edit: whatever, i can handle azerty for a day if i can mess with the cube...

i love it but the only prob is that my keyboard imput is kinda messed ie if i hit the "w" key it makes a z and vice verca lol can anyone tell me how to fix this?
or is there a keyborad cab file??

Have been working on OEM packages, in order to use these things in other kitchens/ROM's.
So a touchflo rom will be possible from a kitchen of your choice.

The azerty keyboard is a pain, I know.
But I will be able to import my packages to a clean, WWE kitchen, so a lot of junk will be lost.

Must be a fluke, I didn't have that problem.
I have flashed so often this weekend I lost count, have switched batteries a lot of times (thank god for the desktop turbo charger). Also glad I had a sd backup, because at a given time the phone was protesting a lot, didn't even wanted to be flashed in bootloader..

I'm currently using your latest rom, and its great in terms of stability and overall features it contains. I had a small request which i thought i'd post, and decided to make a separate thread so that ppl can drop all their requests too, so here goes!
And now for my request -
It would be great if you could add PQz II into the default rom. Its a small app to enable control/alt key combos with a lot of other features for phone shortcuts, button shortcuts etc. Its freeware too! You can find it at www.nicque.com/pqz
if you could make the following customizations so that pqz starts this way by default, thats an added bonus -
1. Has the path to the "icon" bitmap (by default, its just a white blotch until you specify an icon in the default installation. the icon comes within the package though)
2. Set default keys to the SYM key for control and alt.
3. Make PQz start at windows bootup by default by adding a link in the registry

I tried the app but quited after some minutes because I couldn't find a way to get it working, lol
Nevertheless if working, it could be a good improvement.

it really messes up the keyboard control for other programs, such as games for example...
if you really need it, install it. it only takes a couple of seconds and a couple of lousy KBs, if i remember correctly.
Rom devs can't include apps everytime users have a spacial request. That's what kitchens are for...

Normally, we set the "SYM" key for both Control & alt. This way, you press sym once, its control (shows on the icon, once set!), press it again it becomes alt. Its soooooo useful, i cant tell you.....you must try it!
i use it extensively, to do control+c, cntrl+v, blah!
The icon should be on top, so that it shows what you've pressed (control or alt).
The cooler part is the other sub-modules it has such as phone shortcuts, app shortcuts, system shortcuts etc. For example, i can set shortcuts such as alt+Alphabet for speed dials for all my contacts. No matter what application you're currently using, just hit Alt+S to dial a contact for instance, or even fire an application!
I also use, Alt+X to close current app, alt+0 to close all apps....really useful!
Try it out for a while, you cant live without it!

Can you add these files to Windows\ directory?
If you could add these to \Windows directory, it would be great! It changes the basic "Open/select file" dialog to browse through folders in a standard windows way rather than scanning through all folders and showing it as one single list!
It overrides this dialog at all places. For instance, when you try and add an attachment to your email, it shows standard folders for you to navigate and pick the right file, rather than making one giant list of all files on all folders!

EDIT: There's a small bug in wm6, the softkey labels are not shown though (not a big deal as long as you know what they are!) . The left softkey is "Up" one folder, and right softkey is for "Menu" when the open file dialog is active. Make sure you activate it under Settings->System->FileDialog and check the option in there!

how about the ability to call the last dialled number? can that be added? and maybe not including the latest task manager 2.0 as that has problems with the closing of apps.... maybe the earlier version 1.5?

Did you try HandyMenu or AEButton, they have same function's but much easier. For copy\paste I use Pnotepad.

Can you pleeeease solve the Bluetooth Stereo problems ASAP.
I think I already flash my Universal with all existing ROMs, but I believe none as A2DP and WiFi WPA fully working.

can i suggest to try rlToday? It's a very nice Home/today plugin. Working with VGA and completely skinnable.

anyway to remap the keyboard?

i was thinking about my mogul and the keyboard there is nice since there is an OK key, START key and two option keys. I wish there was a way where we could remap the ****ion keys. God knows i don't need the Euro, t9, british pound. If we could remap a couple of those keys or add a couple say to ZXCV i think it would make the key board perfect. that way if sensor lock is enabled i don't have to unlock to do what i'm trying to do.

PQzII will get the job done for free. Just don't assign commands to pre-existing shortcuts (eg: ctrl+z/x/c/v for undo/cut/copy/paste) or you'll get some weird behavior.

hey thanks! PQzII worked perfect for my purpose. i was able to make shortcuts to symbols that were usually hard to reach! recommended program! you can do much more even, like make keyboard shortcuts to programs.

That program looks interesting but doesn't work all at for me.
When I click it a small white square appears above the start menu and does nothing. If I try to switch to the program, also nothing happens. And worst of all, if I close it the device stops responding completely, and I have to soft reset. I'm using the Raphael specific version, 0.0.8e2. Do you have any clue on what might be happening?

What do the CTRL and TAB buttons do?

I have a Fuze, so I lack these buttons by default. I was wondering if I should try to get them, but I don't know what they do yet to consider it.

Do you know what they do on a standard keyboard ,thats connected to your PC? The CTRL and TAB buttons on the standard PC keyboard do the same thing as on the PPC

I mean what good is a CTRL button on a phone? What can I do with a CTRL button on my phone? Turn on italics that doesn't exist?
What about tab? Does that let me go back and forth from clickable links? That'd be pretty useful. Does SHIFT+TAB work?
What about a keyboard button or two that lets me use the soft keys on-screen? The tilt had these, and this phone has a ton of useless buttons. Do any of these do that? Or maybe any of these you guys usually remapp for that? Can I remapp to that?

alt+tab is a shortcut for windows Pc,but not for PPC...however,you can use a small software to switch window by alt+tab..

tab and hold for copy paste dont work in all apps
but in most cases using ctrl c/v works using the small onscreen keyboard
this is usefull one one need to copy something out of textbox like a phonenr or something like that
tab is useful if one is using a program where one have to fill various fields with data
and tab then moves the focus around between the input fields
shift is useful if one wish to make capitol letters
so the real answer is that keys functionality and usefulness is the same as they
are on normal computer keyboards

OK - Changed to CTRL
- (+) - Changed to OK (where it belongs.)
I would like to change more, maybe try and get softbuttons on, say, the left and right buttons. And the bottom left area is full of useless shortcuts to me, but I don't know what else to change them to.

Remap Keyboard Keys

I have AOKP Milestone 6 installed and I love how it looks, especially the Hide Notification Bar option because it makes my TF feel more like a netbook when I have it docked. The only problem is that the long press shortcuts don't work on the keyboard (ex. long pressing the home key doesn't give me the recent apps menu, it just brings me to the home screen).
I was wondering if there was a way to re-map some of the shortcut keys in the top row (bluetooth toggle, camera, internet, etc...) to my own custom actions such as launching the recent apps menu, killing a window and bringing up the notification bar. I know it's possible to do this in Linux since I just did it for a remote that I use with XBMC (the remote emulates a keyboard), I just didn't know if they feature is extended to Android or not.

its possible but not easy. Some things can be remapped in the users/ect files such as ausec.(c something) but other more complex things like recent apps have to be done in framework-res.apk as far as i remember

I'm not sure if you can map keys to specific things like killing a window or bringing up the notification bar. However, recent apps is accessible through alt+tab (try it!) and so you may want to swap the Search and Alt keys.
EDIT: Some useful key names to look for and replace:
ALT_LEFT: left alt
ALT_RIGHT: right alt
SEARCH: search key
FORWARD_DEL: delete, as opposed to backspace. not mapped to anything by default
ESCAPE: escape key. I have this bound to the wifi key because I always accidentally hit it, and sometimes escape is useful in terminals or remote desktop

Thats right usr/keylayout not user/ect don't know what i was thinking there. I know there is a way to exchange the stupid alt-tab icon recent apps to the cards recent apps but i don't have time to do that right now. I was also going to work on getting a guide set up on how to remap everything because it seems to be a pretty common desire.
