Please let us know which hardSPL is the best though I'm so far happy with 3.56 (never caused me trouble).

Known Bugs:
There's one actually that I can't figure out! It seems to be a WM6 issue only and reported on most roms already published here. Maybe something from HTC or Microsoft waiting for a hand! Anyway, it's related to the Wifi icon on the startbar.
When you connect to a hotspot or an AP, the icon changes to that static "antenna" figure just after seconds. Sometimes you have to manually connect from settings even if you had launched from Commmanager. Then, it keeps in that way for some time. You feel like you aren't connected but it is. So, it's more about visual than use itself. Need help here...
This is the only one I came up with. Hopeless!

General Notes: (Please Read before updating)

- Before asking, attention to details
- There is no IPL/SPL, extended rom and splashes screens... JUST OS!, so I think its safe for G4 users.
- Extended Rom + Splashes Screens are available separately. Links in this post.
- Radios 2.19.11 UK more stable and fewest issues and no missed calls.You can also try this newest one 2.71.11 which I'm using on mine device.
I haven't had major issues like misssing or dropping calls not even loss of signal, etc...So, I consider a good one as alternative to 2.19.11.
- You MUST have an IPL and SPL at 2.xx or higher (BOTH not just one or the other).
- High recommend to reflash an official rom before flash this one.
- If you want to improve A2DP; edit it by any Tweaking app like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=291770 or search for that
- If you change some thing, you have to wait for a minute before restarting to make sure the device get your changes.
- If you have any issue with A2DP visit this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=308752
- Are you a new cruiser searching for Cooking glory?? You'd better go to Howto flash a Wizard... a little tutorial first! (Sticky Thread).
- Last but not least....again, do not ask me why I did not put such app or why I chose this or that. If you feel like I am missing something cool or left an application behind like HTC home Plugin, PM a message that I cook a special one. No problem.

Fantastic rom. I dont know if its stable, cause i have been using it for an houre but i think it is. It is very fast, nice looking,, about 29 mb free rom , many preinstalled themes and usefull programs, except large start menu. Very satisfied. GREAT WORK

Regarding the Start Large Menu, I really decided not use cause on mine didn't work properly. It looks nice but not functional....at least on my device.

Have downloaded the file and when I open it - I only get a file named nk.nbf
When I try and open it, computer gives error - cannot read file ??

U need ruu = rom update utility and u have to know if u have g3 or g4.read all the tutorials about flashing a wizard.
RUU is the file that comes packed in most of the roms on here right ??
I know for a fact that I have a G3 - have been trying out the different roms here to see what is what, and what I like and need.

Found the thread, files and tutorial on the RUU set up. Followed the instructions - and have now successfully flashed this new impressive rom.
I like - no errors, no issues at this point.
One thing - cannot find the battery status set up screen to make some changes, etc - can someone please let me know where it is

You don't actually need to change anything regarding scrolling. It's already enable by default. I only usually change pressure field from 11000 to 20000. That's all. Schaps tool is showing what features and settings are configured already. Normal.

YES you have right i Want to Deleted more files first must found how to Delete the Camera Drivers because is old one
i Fix all ready change the Main screen and you don't need a cab for it
I try know to Delete the "Clear Storage" I think is not necessary because you can have e Hard reset with hard buttons
if any one know How remove something or how create folder inside on Start -> Programs tell me
because is to many programs there and we want folder Like: tools, Internet , Position ...

i didnt try making folders in it
your going the right way
but i want to ask something can the extended rom of the kaiser be removed
or the non accessable memory be used to increase the space
one more thing why are most kasier roms the ram usage is around 50 percent
thx and your rom is super fast and super stable and i cant find bugs to report actually its running like a charm
but my suggestion is try to delete anything that looks un important so we can get the light rom

i have already update the TO DO list
there you can found one file import it to advance config and tell me if you have better result of battery
50% of ram? i think this use only the 33% 62 from 92 is free
but the rom of kaiser is heavy bevause have to much drivers for camera. real keyboard...
if you find how to remove something tell me

This ROM looks great. Is there any initial feedback as to how it performs? If anyone has tried this and any of the other TF3D ROMS, I would be very interested to hear how it compares.
I have been hoping for a 3D ROM I can use but wanted to wait until some of the initial problems were ironed out. This one looks very nice. Could it be time for me to take the plunge? I'm currently liking Sakajati's HyperDragon III. It's pretty solid, but I'd love to move up to the 3D experience.
Incredible piece of work! Very few problems so far and all minor stuff.
I hope this is the start of something good. Definitely an early Christmas present.
Performance is really good considering its 3D.
I have 40.82MB free.
Just to mention some issues I found (really nothing major):
- button assignment seems to be a bit screwed (that was an easy fix)
- first splash screen after reset has old ROM's picture on the bottom (very minor issue indeed)
- can't check audio booster (not a new problem for me)
- weather app uses VGA resolution. Can't see text very well and selecting country/city past letter S is cumbersome. Overall that app could use some more tweaking.
- Start application shows up in task manager - don't shut it down or you'll end up with a soft reset.
- Wasn't able to select my music from SD
Biggest issue I found so far is that even though the apps (task/Email/Message/Favorites/etc.) are there when you slide out the keyboard it doesn't go landscape.
All in all, I love it! Can't wait to get the next update.

no, there no autostandby tou have to press the power button to close manila and turn off the screen!!!
also if manila isn't open power button lauch it...

Well its getting more professional work now. Am planning to expand my work and developments with my new releases. As i recently got an Elfin so Rolling out a ROM for it. Its no more my personal rom but a rom for all of you keeping the stability, performance and battery life in mind. A nearly perfect rom without bugs is what i have always been looking out for so do help me with your suggestions. The more the suggestions the better it will get.
##NOTE- I have an ELFin and not sure whether this will work on ELF or not.

Q. Pagepool?
A. Both Roms are by default 12mb PagePool.

A. Its personal choice but i personally use -.
Q. Why there is no TaskManager?
A. Either i include showcase TaskMgr or HTC TaskMgr. As in recent builds HTC TaskMgr is not much of a use, Showcase is Included.
Q. How does the new Showcase Taskmanager works?
A. Its a must and cool replacement of old HTC taskmanager. Developed by amarulla. All you need to do is press and hold the Start Button, and the Taskmanager will open up. Press and Hold X Button minimizes application, and pressing X Button Closes it.
Q. Am not able to transfer files thru Bluetooth in Resco Explorer?
A. Basically resco doesnt supports the new bluetooth stacks in our devices so the bluetooth function doesnt work directly.
But the trick is that instead of clicking on send to bluetooth, click on send to infrared recipient, this will activate the M$ beam and send files via Bluetooth only. So no issues. This method and tweak was listed on Resco website.
Q. Where is ICR Recording?
A. ICR is removed and a common record option will be seen in the call menu in both wm dialer as well as htc dialer, the recordings will be saved in notes in main memory. and ca be viewed by notes application.
Q. Hows the Battery BackUp?
A. It is good enough with TFlo2D and best with Titanium and wm Dialer.

Difference from 21903 and 23563 roms:
despite what you think 21903 is not much older then 23563, they have the same born date.
21903= Less bugs, much more tested, some Original HTC devices has a 21XXX already inside.
21903= Working taskManager,X close apps,Dialers works fine,good compatibility with old 6.1 apps.
23563= A test rom, plenty of bugs, X minimize apps,Original taskmanager works bad,Dialers works bad.
If you want a working all day use rom...welll,then 21903 is for you.

Hey dude.
Tested the 23102 version. Personally I don't like the bottom buttons but I do like all the rest. I also think battery is good in this version but I have a huge problem.
My GPS software NDrive don't work. After I install it, when I try to open it does not open in the full window size. I need to enter the program going to task manager and after inside the program the touch dont work.. only the hardware buttons.. I need to press the red button to exit.
But this is not an issue of this build I think... In your last 21890_old_kernel version it dont work also (the uploaded on day 4/Fev). Only the version you upload in the 3/Fev works ok (named 21890_Fixed).
I do like all the style in all versions, please keep that.

I flashed the ROM 23519, but, they have slow grafic. i flashing again and see the results.
Its a full Rom with all mega packages included plus 23xxx build has a lot of graphic so it could be a bit slow....anyway check your hardspl, i have 3.34 and it isnt so bad.

What about 3G video calls?? Stock 6.5 doesnt't have it.
Does your ROM support it?
I using the 3.56 SPL Hard, in home i flash a stock again and flash your ROM, i hope it works.
3G is supported,you need to find a 3G dialer ...check here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=547959

Most of these dialers suck, well, they do not always work...
I hoped your ROM features it...
In that link there is all the dialers around for Kaiser,i never say that an user work suck, maybe i can say that i dont like something.......anyway i dont understand what do you expect ...the stock HTC dialer ??

well, yes. I didn't mean to offend anyone. No one's work here sucks )))
Some of those dialers just leave a line on the top of the screen and has somekinda screenbugs.
By the way, the original dialer isn't bad at all. I am using an app that I bought, anyway. It's just good to call out video sometimes.

I do have similar problem. I am able to select the ringtone but can't save it. It revert back after pressing OK. And also it always vibrates for incoming call. No sound rings. On NOTIFICATION tab it saves properly but SOUNDS no luck.

Uhmm....i understand,im gonna flash it to test this bug,maybe its because ive used 23102 OS with 23519 build.
