t-mobile official 1.13.00 (1.12 radio) may fix it.
i test it on both 64k and 128k version of JAM (qtek) and in both cases it enable 2 Gb SD readin`

Avalbl from t-mobile site or from XDAdev-ftp.
BUT:
150x speed may be too high even for t-mobile rom.
Try it. in any case U can downgrade at anitime back to wwe 1.12

Radio Version 02.19.21

My Question is
1. Is there a later version avaliable than the above
2. Do the latest versions really give more features & speed

I use the WM6 @nonymous rom with radio 1.12 bootloader 1.01
I've used several radio versions, and radio 1.12 is the most reliable for me here in holland.

Doing this will not lock your phoone, it will only change the OS version.
Hope its right
I asked it because by default the O2 neo is locked 2 the O2 network.

Hi,
All of the known carrier ROM's to XDA devs are here: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Kaiser_ROMs
Most of these have the radio included. If not have a look at the thread for that ROM, it should mention the correct radio. Also, if your carrier has a website, see if the latest ROM is available from there as a download. This should have the radio cooked in also.
