Hi everybody. i'am actually new it to this PDA. i have brought a TYTN II from china. just would like to know if i flash to v6.1 can i downgrade back to v6 ?

Start by reading the info in the XDA-Wiki, particularly on HTC_Kaiser.
And a list of use full links can be found in the "Getting Started" link in my signature.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but is there a walk-thru to apply the PDAViet ROM? Under what situation would the Extended ROM would need to be downgraded, and how? How to find out the AKU model of my prophet?

Welcome! As stated above, check the available resources, and yes it's risky, but only if you don't research enough! But, the outcome is worth it!
after reading the wiki and reading few more posts , I unlocked the CID and downloaded the new ROM (Tom -Oops Black v1.0), but when i run the exe file that us ARTEMIS CUSTOMRUU error comes "the application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135)" now what to do?? how to run the exe file???
is there a software for runnin it or shud i directly run the file frm my computer??

My advise:
-try as many roms you want
-but never try to update the bootloader - it's better older then bricked.
For the rest there is an entire section of this forum dedicated to your device type.
the RUU files is not opening!! and i'm not gettin any adequate info in the respective section.. every where it's written "run exe file" but which exe file!!??

I'd say don't be in a rush with this upgrade.
Better wait, understand more. It's not worthy to make a mistake and ruin your device.
Hey guys Im from Portugal and bought recently a TyTN II (Kaiser) to someone who bought it in the orange UK. I have registered in the HTC E-club to download the latest ROM but when i insert the serial number it tells me my device is not supported?? Where can I find the original HTC 6.1 Pro in portuguese? Thanks in advance ^^

I currently have 6.0 on my kaiser. I would like to update it to 6.1 and unlock it. I'm getting very confused by everything I read and can't find most things. Any help would be awesome... start from the very begining....

Check out the Kaiser wiki..best place to start. In short, you have to install hardspl (again, in the wiki) and then run the ROM of your choice.

I just bougth a used ATT Tilt and it's SIM/CID unlocked and has HyperDragon IV installed on it.
My question is, as a noob, on the Tilt, do I flash a new rom as I would do on my Wizard?
When I flash a rom on my Wizard I usally flash the original T-Mobile WN 5.0 rom and then flash a new rom. Does this apply the same for the Tilt?, or is there a diferent procedure.
I usually don't post much here but I read a lot (Wizard Section).

Ok, I see. Since it's already SIM/CID Unlocked then I only have to do
"2. Flash the ROM" from the first link you provided? or always do all the steps,

you should never have to do the first step again unless a major rom update (like an official Kaiser Windows Mobile 6.5 version comes out), and the Flashing a radio step is optional, because some radios get better reception/battery life than others. Look here for a list of radios:
