Huge downgrade problem

Hello there,
i upgraded my jam to FW
ROM WWE 2.03 FOR HTC MAGICIAN (JAM)
and all did work..
but many thanks dont work. So i want do "downgrade" to the firmare i downloaded here in the wiki (I installed it one time before i tried the new one. So i can say that the installation of the originalfirmware that i downladed here at the wiki works fine)
So i want to Downgrade also ti This firmware:
OS 1.13.01 / ExtROM 1.13.129 / Radio 1.12
But when i want to install the new firmware i become the error message:
Backup Battery very Low
But the Backup Battery is at 100 percent...
When i do a hardreset and then install the FW the installer of the firmware tells me a connection error and the JAM reboots into the OS...
So what can i do to downgrade?!

I found a problem ^^
I was not in bootloader mode..
now i am im Bootloader Mode... the Display is off.. only USB and v 1.02 are on the Display..
when i downloaded the German ROM:
GER_11301_129_11200
From the XDA-Developers Magician WIKI Site.
Then i unpacked it and copyed the file: MaUpgradeUt_noID
in It... now i connect my Phone to the USB Cable.. nothing happens..
I think its OK.. the phone is in bootloader mode..
Now i start the MaUpgradeUt_noID but thefollowing appears:

hi pro I face same problem, I want to downgrade please We need help her..

i bricked my XDA mini..
its damaged now..
i am in the bootloader Serial/USB v.1.02
and thats all..

Well, I had that problem to, about low battery!
What I did is leave the usb cable connected to the phone and went in bootloader(the screen of the phone was off) and then Ijust ran the official ruu and it installed!

Stuck
Stuck is the status of jam, I thinks!
I have too!. You should check that What the PC's recorgnized your Jam or it show Unkown Device
I thinks we can solve this problem, please look for Stuck threat

I Also Have The Same Problem.
2.03 is a cheat. Its not WM5 . Its the same old 2003 SE with crossbow theme and icons and etc. That russian fellow cheated us all. Even my camera is affected.

My pda cannot be downgraded, too. The 2.03 is a bad one.

Need Serious Help With O2 Xda Ii Mini!!!

I'm havin serious trouble with my XDA II Mini Pocket PC Phone..
my PPC displays "Serial v1.00" n can't be done anything to it after that..
every time i start the PPC after reconnecting the battery..n after aligning screen..the today screen only appears to show some intalling of programs n can't be cancelled or do nything else whilst..after some time the screen becomes blank n shows "Serial v1.00" again..n i also have this "Extended_ROM" thingy in my PPC..don't know what it is n never saw it before :S ..plz enlighten me bout it..
i downloaded Windows Mobile 6 Crossbow (don't know if it's the appropriate one for my PPC..plz suggest) n tried installing it but it says "Error 120: Country ID Error"..

i tried searching for the suitable WM6 but couldn't get it..can anybody plz tell me where to download it from...or if anyone can plz upload it n give me the link..
..n mind u my OS is Windows XP..not Vista
i can't flash it..can't use the phone.. i even kept the battery removed for more than 10 hrs..but it's still the same result..
plz anybody help me with it..i'll be grateful

There is no such thing as WM5 or WM6 for Magician smartphones. The closest look-alike is that from Taxist. The Extended-ROM, is just a folder that store configuration data for service providers to 'automatically' implement in your phone whenever you do a hard-reset.

Looking at the photos you posted, indicated that you are definatly using the WRONG ROM for your phone. I don't want you to 'brick' your phone in the process. Its best to place it in bootloader mode, then flash it using an original ROM from imate's site (clubimate.com) i think

my magician is stuck in bootloader mode..
it only starts to show some installation of programs (cannot do anything during this process) n then goes to bootloader mode again..
is the phone dead?

guys please help me , i've tryed to flash my device but faild now i'm stuck in boot screen says serial at the top and v 1.01 at the bottom i downloaded something and connected the device to the pc and run the exe file and it make me able to boot and made a hard reset now i'm stuck gain and i dunno what tool i've downloaded it was something exe small file , someone please heeeeeelp

i think you ran EnterBootloader.exe, you are in a bbotloader, just reset the ppc or try load the new rom, make sure your are NOT using Vista

i'm so sorry bu i'm new to this and i still cant find the rom to install , just show mne the way please tell me what to do now , see the pic of my devoce up there plus when i run enterbootloader it says invalid winnt32 application

All those are made for your phone so it is only your prefence.....
I can't really answer that because it is an opinion
Just make sure you hard spl before you flash a custom rom, instruction are included in my previous post

ruu is the rom update utility that you will use to flash the rom... just read the first link lol

I downloaded the ROM FOR WING BUT, The RUU showed a error to me, i download the ROM of HERALD or T-WING for my P4351? Somebody KNOW?

Did you first follow that husker91 already told you? The error you're having tells me that you did not.

Yes. Again, read the first link that he gave you. It's a link to the HardSPL (CID unlock.) But it only works if your SPL is at least 4.0 or higher.

[Completed] HTC One X+ Stuck in Bootloop

Hey,
There are probably many threads out here wich have a problem similar to mine.. I´ve tried all I found but nothing seems to be the same as mine.
Around two years ago I wanted to flash my Htc One x+. Something went wrong because I was stuck in the Bootloop. After getting into the Boot menu and hitting factory reset nothing seems to work anymore now.
I am pretty much stuck on the screen I've posted below.
Maybe someone can help me, because I would really like to get this phone to run again. I am also not very knowledgeable in terms of flashing etc., which is probably the reason for my case right now.
