In 'About' Screen the phone says:

My questions are: Can I upgrade to WM 6.1, which rom should I use and where can I find a n00b guide and all the software I need to use. Thanks!

You need something called Platform Builder. And unless your HTC, you won't be able to get it. There's a lot of people here who would love to have it tho!

There are several devices with 6.5 ROM´s
