il problema sta nel sapere se si può mettere la Green version in un Elf Black nel caso si dovesse mandare in assistenza!
Qualcuno potrebbe postare la procedura per fare il backup della rom?

non esiste ancora una ROM con WM6.1 in italiano.

Ragazzi, se vi serve, io ho ancora la ROM 1.11.408.1B. L'ho presa dall'FTP di XDA-Developers prima che le cancellassero.
L'ho usata circa 3 mesi fa per rimandare il palmare in assistenza. Aveva il display difettoso, non so se hanno controllato il software...comunque me l'hanno riparato in garanzia senza problemi

a parte che è stato un casino scaricarla dal link, i simboli con i gattini, pittoresco, comunque ho la rom, come faccio a usarla?
1 copio solo ROMUpdateUtility.exe nella cartella della rom?
2 devo riavviare il cellu in bootloader mode Reset + Camera button?
3 c'è una procedura best practice?

per il backup puoi seguire questa guida, scarica anche il file del post #6 (nbhextract.zip).
Fatto cio' devi sbloccare il dispositivo altrimenti non riesci a flashare ROM non ufficiali; qui trovi il post per questa operazione. Ti consiglio di sbloccarlo con hardspl usando jumpspl.
Fatto cio' potrai finalmente flashare anche ROM non ufficiali... finalmente

After that you need to unlock your device otherwise you cannot flash NON official ROM; here you'll find howto. I suggest you to unlock with hardspl using jumpspl.

qui ci sono le due patch per abilitare le funzioni redial e smartdial (installando smartdial non c'è bisogno di redial) per la versione italiana. Prima di installare la patch chiudere il file "cprog.exe" utilizzando Task Manager 2. Non serve il soft reset

OK, maybe our great friend Poldo cooked his ROM including version 20 of Manila 2D.
Unfortunately using that version weather upgrade doesn't work.

Can i do something to save all my SIM Contact to the phone, and hide the sim contacts or something like that?

you can use SIM Manager, "Seleziona tutto" --> "Sava in contatti"

Salve! Penso che ho scoperto un bug.
Appena voglio chiamare qualcuno, o voglio richiamarlo dopo una chiamata effetuata rimane la schermata con sopra Ultima chiamata e il numero e sotto la tastiera. Il fatto e ke se spingo un'altra volta il pulsante verde per richiamare non succedde nulla. Neanche se tocco il tasto CALL. Per poter chiamare devo nascondere la tastiera e andare giu di una posizione per arrivare all'ultimo numero chiamato.

Un idea mia per la prossime versione sarebbe di cambiare le icone dei messaggi e mail! Sembra al incontrario

Aggiornato Total Commander alla versione 2.52 b1.
Aggiornato C_Player alla versione 1.3.2.
Aggiunto Bluetooth On/Off.
Rimosso S2U2 scorri per sbloccare (scaricabile a parte).
Rimossa tastiera HTC (scaricabile a parte)
Abilitato il modo discussione negli SMS.
In HTC Album il bottone OK chiude l'applicazione anziche' ridurla ad icona.
Disabilitato l'autoblocco tenendo premuto il tasto Fine, ora viene aperta la lista comandi.

Fixato il problema di ActiveSync sempre in esecuzione.

la basic è iperlight in fatto di ram occupata...ripulita dai soliti reg e lnk superflui in avvio...
unico problema sono gli sms.
li ho ripristinato con pimbackup cosa che ho sempre fatto con successo...tranne che con questa rom, li vedo solo con il manila?!?!?!?!?
e se mi arriva un nuovo sms non ne so nulla se non passando al tab del manila...
qualcuno ha avuto il mio stesso problema?

li ho ripristinato con pimbackup cosa che ho sempre fatto con successo...tranne che con questa rom, li vedo solo con il manila?!?!?!?!?
e se mi arriva un nuovo sms non ne so nulla se non passando al tab del manila...

Il file di ripristino lo avevi gia' usato? o è nuovo?

già usato. ma ne ho provati diversi anche vecchi di precedenti rom...

yes it's possible, all you need is an official or dumped Dutch ROM and the
iolite official ROM.. There are some tutorial that explain howto translate a ROM.
search in the wiki..

io uso la 1.65.24.36 (niki) e mi trovo benissimo, anche la 1.70.19.09 (kaiser) dovrebbe andare bene... le trovi qui

problema sms
Uso la ROM basic e mi vengono tranquillamente notificati i nuovi sms in arrivo e li leggo tranquilamente sia da manila che dall'applicazione messaggi.
Unica cosa non vedo i messaggi inviati da me perchè manca la cartella POSTA INVIATA in sms, per il resto nessun problema
ciao shifu,hai fatto veramente una rom spettacolare ma il problema degli sms l'ho riscontrato sia con la ver.basic che con la plus,non c'e la cartella dei messaggi inviati e non ho usato nessun pim backup,non avendone avuto necessita; altra cosa riscontrata bisogna aggiungere il mittente del mess andando a ricercarlo con aggiungi mittente e non piu dal menu tendina inserendo solamente l'iniziale della lettera corrispondente al contatto.e per ultimo non riesco ad eliminare i contatti doppi nemmeno con il kaisersimfix,ne aprofitto per ringraziarti dell'ottimo lavoro ke hai fatto e veramente stupefacente grz
Per chi come me ha avuto il problema dei threaded sms non funzionanti, installate il cab che trovate in questo post:

con touchflo disattivato e riavviate, funzionerà tutto
EDIT Per risolvere il problema delle cartelle mancanti negli SMS dovrebbe essere sufficiente seguire le istruzioni di tutto il post che ho linkato sopra, avevano lo stesso problema in un altra rom
PS Quest'ultima parte (quella delle cartelle) non l'ho testata ancora quindi non so dirvi se ci sono problemi

I've managed to get a dumped official dutch IOLITE ROM with 3 folders (OEM, ROM and SYS).
I've a Dutch Kaiser and I have an official ROM available.
How to combine these together to get a nice new Kaiser ROM (like your ROMS)?

ho appena installato questa release in italiano (ho sempre utilizzato le varie releases in inglese). Sembra decisamente corretta ma non riesco ad attivare l'interfaccia Manila...

Un'informazione per me fondamentale: all'avvio quanta RAM (in %) risulta occupata? Lo chiedo perchè uso iGO8 e se ha meno di una certa percentuale libera (credo all'intorno del 45%) appena partito poi crasha in navigazione...

Io ho installato il cab, il programma parte senza alcun errore, ma non trova il file di configurazione...

Vorrei installare l'orologio digitale, quello con i caratteri molto grandi, lo stesso che utilizzavi nelle tue rom precedenti. Purtroppo ho notato che dall'ultima versione wwe e anche in questa se provo ad installare il cab che ho io, eseguendo il SR, il touchflo non si inizializza più, l'applicazione tenta l'avvio ma senza successo.
