what spl are you running ? L26V9 was made to run best on 3.56.

Hold down the power and camera button and do a soft reset with the stylist.
It will bring up the Tri-Colored screen with the necessary info.
ok i did this: Get into your Bootloader (hold down camera+power buttons while inserting stylus for approximately 3-5 seconds)
and this is listed:

So you MUST upgrade to 3.56.HARD from JockyW2001.
Read some more before trying to flash anything. You must know EVERYTHING to start doing it dude.

Did you read the link in tkalli's post? If so, you'll find out that flashing the CORRECT (not necessarily the newest) SPL for you ROM will increase performance. When downloading a new ROM, the cook usually posts what SPL to use with that particular ROM. Using the suggested SPL with the ROM will give you the best performance for that ROM.
Again, read the linked post and all your questions should be answered.

If not, try flashing a new Radio ROM (check the wiki for that).

You'll need to use an NVID ROM to do that...
Alternatively, Hard/SoftSPL your device to bypass CID checks.
i had tried the NVID ROM, flasing the rom (RUU_QtekS200_Prophet_2090724_20907106_020720_QtekWWE_Ship.exe) and same error exist.

Well, i installed the ROMeOS aswell, and my camera doesnt work anymore, stupid thing is, i tried lots of Radio's and i cant get the camera to work...

Does a ROM have to be phone specific? i just got the att samsung jack and hate the fact that i cant do certain things because the phone is locked and branded. do i now have to wait till someone comes out with a way to flash "THIS" phone or can i flash it with any ROM?!

You should ask this in the questions and answers forum.
It will look like a switched off phone and it won't start.
No, you won't affect the radio installing a new ROM.

RUU (or Shipped ROM whichever you prefer) will change all your system components (bootloader, radio, kernel, system, data, etc.) The custom ROM will change only the ReadOnlyMemory /system/ and kernel. Some files may be flashed on /data - it depends on the developer...

If I choose wrong RUU, it can be happened ??? it's run eMMC chip from SAMSUNG.
What does your phone look like now when you switch it on? E.g. stuck on white HTC screen with 'quietly brilliant', stuck on white HTC screen without 'quietly brilliant', black HTC screen.. etc. Can you access the boot loader (e.g. take battery out, replace, press volume down key and power key TOGETHER)?
