Verizon Wirless - Touch Pro Tweaks

Hello Everyone,
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. I just purchased my HTC Touch Pro from Verizon Wirless not too long ago. I noticed the sticky post on the top of the page with tweaks with TouchFlo tweaks etc... I noticed that the Touch Pro is a bit slow and changing the cache size helps it.
I am complete newbie in this department and was wondering what are the steps to edit the registry? How do I access such on the Touch Pro device? What other tweaks are recommended to speed up the performance time for the Touch Pro? Any input would be appreciated!
Also what are those cab files? TouchFlo Performance.cab? Thanks for your help in advanced.

I've started changing the interface of my HTC Touch Cruise (Polaris) a few days ago using UltimateLaunch.
Now I'm scouting the forums to find new tips/tricks & answers to my upcomming questions but I'm not really a Technology dude so I'm kinda stuck..
What I would like to know is what application do you guys use to get buttons on the HTC home tab to turn on/off your bluetooth/wireless and even reset/turn off the device and what to use to change the icons..
Second, The s2u2.exe I use (iPhone lock) is somehow way to big for my screen, buttons are pushed over eachother and everything just looks....ugly, Is this a bug or am I just stupid?
Third...How can I show (current) weather and digital time in 1 tab at the same time?

2. Most probably you have installed wrong version of S2U2.
For Polaris you MUST use QVGA version.

Program Launcher...

Hello everybody.
I own a Touch Diamond 2 (WM 6.5 stock ROM).
I am looking for an application launcher that looks and behaves like the program tab.
As far as I know it is not possible to add an additonal program tab to the HTC Sense (Manila 2.1).
I found somewhere a trick saying it is possible to add buttons to the program launcher, adding additonal keys in the registry to the standard 24.
Actually, you can create the buttons, unfortunately they do not work...
Am I missing something?

It is not freeware...but it is very good. I use it an it is very quick.

Touch Pro & Manila 2.1 - changing buttons in program tab

Hi there
I've searched but not really found a solution...
I've installed Manila 2.1 on my Touch Pro. It has 3 rows for programs in the program tab... but I want 4 and smaller buttons and icons, so I don't need to scroll to see the 3rd line of programs.
Any idea?

use search, look for 4 inLine.cab ... you can reach this with regitry entrys, too

Homescreen Buttons

Hi,
i've got a MDA Compact V which is the same as TD2, from T-Mobile.
It has WinMo 6.5 and Manila 2.1.19xxx.
On the TF3D Homescreen looks "only" like this:

I already tried to install another Clock and I also would like to add some Buttons or something on the homescreen.
What do I need??

I have installed this, but I could not find any way to access it - so I thought it didn't work with the Touch Diamond 2.
How do you access it?

From what i understand, CHT doesn't support manila 2.1
if it somehow does work for you, the customization need another piece of software call CHT editor.

Since I posted my message I realised that my Sense was only 2.1
I upgraded to the latest htc stock rom and it now works.
I am looking for information about CHT editor to see what that does.
