Hi
I have an X7510 and I am trying to get my "Think Outside The Box" stowaway bluetooth keyboard to work with it.....
Anybody manage to get this to work or have any ideas on how to get it working?
Thanks
my recomendation, the Lazer keyboard
it works via BT
i've tried it before and it's quite cool and efficient
the only problem... you wont be able to use it on your laps, or say sitting in the bus / subway

also the down side is you have to carry 2 bricks with you, instead of just one
personally i use my X7510 without the keyboard.
i use the on screen keyboard instead.
I have an X7500 and both Stowaway keyboards work fine with it. What problems are you having? Did you install the iGo driver?

I wonder if the hook can be cut...
get ready for a thread revival ladies and gentlemen...
has anyone gotten this to work??? i tried using my little ps3 keyboard with my nexus, device isn't seen by the phone... i read the manual for the device... to pair it with the ps3 you have to plug it in through usb... i don't see a way to get it to broadcast itself wirelessly... typing in the terminal emulation window on android sucks...
::::::::::::EDIT::::::::::::::
figured it out... you need to hold down the blue button on the top left shoulder while you turn the keyboard on... you also need to have an app the will detect the keyboard as an input device... i found one called BlueInput... works like a champ!!!
which bluetooth headphone?
According to SGS Spec, our phone support v3.0 bluetooth (not sure how it benefit us compare with version 2.0)
I'm regular jogger, listen to music during my jog is what I like to do, unfortunately, I just had my expensive (to me at least) wire earphone torn apart , might be due to extensive movement during exercise, hence I'm looking at sporty bluetooth earphone/headphone.
I found Motorokr S9, but it's not available in my country (Asia). any other suggestion?

I got the S9-HD
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16875982274
and they are pretty much the best I had! I used to have the red ones like on the pictures but I got it from a chineese website, so I'm not shure if they are the real deal or an imitation, but the HD's are wayyy better!
please use search next time. there's already a long existing thread for this... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=770339

This is an iPhone 4 device. Since it uses bluetooth, it probably uses the HID profile (which you can use with any AOSP rom, but not with stock and Sense roms). You could probably get it to work for you if you used an AOSP rom (I've connected with several bluetooth keyboards including a Logitech and an Apple one using OpenDesire and Cyanogen roms in the past).
If you're not willing to take the risk (Dealextreme aren't realy the sort to provide technical details), you might go for something like this (it also uses the HID profile, so you'll still need to use an AOSP based rom).
If you're using a stock or Sense rom then your only option is the Freedom Pro keyboard, which uses the SPP bluetooth profile and comes with it's own Android driver (although for some reason, not eveyone seems to be able to get this to work).
thanks!!
this is very interesting to know.
I was wondering if the Samsung Infuse allows you to pair any sort of bluetooth keyboard (specifically HID) with it to type on?
When I take college classes I simply bring my iPhone 4 and my Palm bluetooth keyboard with me to type lecture notes quickly.
I would like to switch to the Infuse but I need to have this ability to justify giving up the iPhone.
Thank you for your help I appreciate it
depends on the keyboard but most of the portable ones that fit in your pocket seem to work.
There was a thread here early on... someone reported a keyboard to be working....
not only does bluetooth keyboard work for me, but bluetooth mouse. look at that, its a little cursor.

Wow that is awesome!
Just wondering, what bluetooth keyboard / mouse are you using with the Infuse?
Do you know if they are HID or SPP?
Thanks
