Can anyone tell me how do I roate the screen when I am playing a video file.
I have copied them as widescreen and they played on my orbit 2 no problem but recently i tried to play a video but it will only play in portrait. Tried rotating screen but didnt change anything.
I dont understand why it would play before in landscape full screen but now only plays in portrait full screen
any ideas
thanks

I dont usually post questions and look up the answer myself. But I cant figure this one out. Is there a reason why playing a video I recorded in landscape mode auto rotates and plays sideways? I know I can turn off auto rotate but thats a hassel just to view one video. It should know to play the video the right way. The other big thing is that if I upload the video to my Google+ storage and play it on there, it plays sideways also. It's really frustrating. However, if I transfer the video to my computer and play it on there, it plays the right way. Anyone else experience this? Anyone have any fixes?
hey guys so if me, by mistake start recording a video on vertical and then change it to horizontal the whole video gets distorted. I know there is a program to lock the video either on vertical or horizontal. But the truth is i wanna keep using my cyanogen cam.
This happened me in the past in my s2 and now on my OnePlus the same...
So, sometimes my camara is not even on vertical or at least i don't think so, yet it gets distorted because it's probably not really on horizontal so then it forces a vertical video on horizontal which gets me a shrinkd distorted video. Are there tips to stop this?
does menu screan lok not work?
I shot a 1080p clip in landscape mode but the phone orientation was locked in portrait mode so apparently the clip think it was filmed that way. It plays just fine on the phone but everywhere else its in portrait mode.
Now I have to setup the orientation in VLC and I had to made the change in Youtube but it affects the video quality for some reason (I have a weird tearing when the camera is moving)
Is there any way to just edit the orientation information in the clip using some video editing software ?
TIA
How about apps that do just that?
