At the moment the smartphone system is windows mobile 5, but i want to flash my smartphone and update it (windows mobile 6.0 or 6.1)
But how?

I need either 6.1 Professional or 6.5 Professional install on it.

Windows Phone 7 is not an upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.5
I don't believe you can upgrade to Windows Phone 7 from Windows Mobile 6.5
