Have you done an Nandroid Backup first? This is why they recommend to do it, in case something happen...
Why don't you install another rom trough a recovery, do you have it? Otherwise it's probably easier if you ask in the same forum, they will know to help you.

I don't know why you think this, but is not true. I am sure that if you ask, someone will help you, they helped me many times, why they shouldn't do it with you??

Didn't you write here in "Questions and answer"? Then why you cannot do the same thing in the samsung Galaxy tab forum? I didn't know you couldn't honestly, sorry.

Then you will better find a guide on the Samsung Galaxy tab forum, regarding how to revert to stock rom your Tab. Or you could also try a hard reset to see if it can help you:

That thread is closed, though I would advise reading a good portion of it to familiarize yourself with how it operates when it is active - if it should happen to ever become so again in the future. No timeline is known or even available for the asking. Trust me on this and do read.
As for PMing, When a member is accepting PMs and available you may follow THIS instruction if on PC. If in the APPLICATION on an Android then tap on the avatar, I believe, and select "Start Conversation."
