I have come to the conclusion why Arabizer is not working on many of the newly updated ROMS. It has to do with the Arabic Language not being installed in the roms.
ATT Rom does not have it, HTC newest ROM either. I have looked everywhere for the language packs including google. I gave up so what I am asking is..
does anyone have the language files. I know L2 must be using them in his ROMs as Arabizer is working
The only programs I found costs money.... so if anyone has the latest Arabic Language ROM or the files needed they would be highly appreciated for my next build

Basically, there are three Arabizer programs.
1. IMAGiNet.
2. MOBiDiv (latest version of IMAGiNet and usually don't work with the v6.1 ROMs).
3. InforMobility (mostly works, but in my opinion it is not as good as IMAGiNet).
All the above 3 programs are paid software. They do have 30 days trial. If one owns iMate devices than I believe IMAGiNet comes free with hardware. And, if one owns the O2 devices than I believe that InforMobility come free with the device. This is basically included in the AR ROMs.
The PROBLEM with v6.1 ROMs:
Most of the time with all the latest cooked ROMs by almost all the chefs, the software keyboard doesn't work. One cannot select the Arabic or any other keyboards. So the Arabizer might work but the keyboard does't. This includes many keyboards, including Rosco, TouchPal and so forth.

In conclusion, I can upload the IMAGiNet Arabizer for testing purposes, which has the 30 days trial.

I am NOT endorsing to use pirated software in anyway, but to say that all 3 software are paid software is a bit overstated.
I have researched this Arabizer problem thouroughly and posted a summary on a different forum (in Arabic). What King of Rapture has mentioned is correct bu needs some clarification.
1) Official Arabizer that came with the device is from Informobility called Fe Jebi Ein and the most recent version is 6.1. So far, this version works fine on most (if not ALL) ROMs based on WM 6.1 (I am running it now on HyperDragon).
2) During the i-mate era (when HTC devices were sold under the i-mate brand), Arabizer was provided by a company called ImagiNet. They have so many versions such as 339, and 342 to name a few. Up to Windows 6.0, these versions have been working fine.
3) ImagiNet was then bought by Mobidiv which released new versions such as 407 and 411. ROMs from Dutty and Leo support 407 (411 installs the Arabic interface by default and therefore it is not recommended to test with it initially) on WM 6.1 although the compatibility was not full. Problems have more surfaced with WM 6.1 ROMs ported from Diamond. Contacts do not show anymore and clicking on the Multilangual Support icon does nothing.
HTC has been using different Arabizers from different companies. For example, the Arabizer on the Kaiser was JFE 6.1 but on the Cruise was from Mobidiv. People have been able to port the Arabizer from the Cruise and install it on the Kaiser because they like it more.
I am willing to answer any question regarding the Arabizer. Please let me know exactly what you are looking for.

Version 6.1 is much better because it supports the external Keyboard on the Kaiser.
BTW, forgot to mention that the latest official Middle East ROM from HTC does NOT have the Arabizer. Looks like HTC does not care much anymore about releasing an Arabized ROM and leaves it up to the user to install his/her preferred Arabizer.

Are you sure? I have been using ROMs from HTC Australia and Dopod in Asia and was able to install Informobility FJE 6.1 on them.

OK mate; from experience, here are the rules of thumb:
1) Better install the Arabizer immediately after a Hard reset. If you try to install one and it fails, it is better to HR again and try another one.
2) The one posted earlier will NOT work on your ROM; you can verify that; this is in fact what we are trying to solve.
3) The other Arabizer FJE 6.1 will install on your ROM.
Steps to get FJE 6.1:
1)) Goto samery.4shared.com
2) password is "ce4arab" without quotes
3) In the left pane, goto to Kaiser > Arabizer
4) In the right pane, download March_11_fje_1_of_2_arabic.zip
That's all what you need for the Arabizer; file 2 of 2 is just additional applications.
All credit goes to the Genius people at ce4arab.
Edit: I am leaving work now and will be offline for few hours; will touch base with you later; you can experiment with both Arabizers.

I start a project to make WWE ROM display chinese. I was success to make it. But there is problem is WWE ROM's Internet Explorer's signature is not allow by HK telco. For example, I cannot access mobile.three.com.hk (Carrier: 3)
So I need a HKE ROM to test.
Another project is make HK CHT Kaiser use English interface. It is more better to keep those Chinese application (especially voice regconize app). But it is more difficult I thought.
By the way, CHT ROM cannot successfully re-constructed after dump from Kaiser. There is expert here checking on it (i hope). I will continue study how to make it work.

Can you upload the ROM?

ic, it seems no one has such ROM here. I posted in HK forum before to see possible to get it too. If no HKE ROM obtain, the only way is make CHT ROM re-construction work. WWE ROM is not suitable to use in HK. I am use austinsnyc WWE ROM now. As said before, cannot access 3G portal to view streaming video ..etc. I will try to ask telco fix it too.

Tadzio is near to put the 2.1 final version of his tools. I hope helps you with the reconstructed CHT ROM to work.

I am unsure your ROM is the one I want. But if the device is purchase in HK it should be ok. If you use 3 network, this ROM should be able to access mobile.three.com.hk.

Not use CE-Star and Monster Chinese is it has relative high overhead and less stable.
My plan is use HK English ROM to make a trim down ROM to allow Chinese display. It will give fast and stable ROM.
If you have HK English ROM, pls upload to somewhere e.g. rapidshare.

Re-constructed CHT ROM is not expected

With Tadzio's imgfs 2.1 rc2. jcespi2005 able to create a ROM with bigstorage flag. But the ROM does not contain some application it should have. Especially the connection tab of setup.
Most worst is Network automatic setup is not working. After quick test, network connection (internet) is not working too even manually add connection setup.
The CHT ROM is quite strange. Now only one small step to next stop.
I need ENG ROM to merge best CHT program and ENG speed stability. No HK English ROM was receive until now.

all hk english rom are WWE, and will not display www.mobile.three.com.hk , I got my phone from wilson and it is the official hk version with synergy warranty.

I also own a CHT Kaiser in HK but I want to use autocomplete....
Therefore, I have to stick with WWE ROM and I had changed it to WWE + Monster Chinese (MC) WM5.3 + MC SIP WM6.
For viewing mobile.three.com.hk, I use NETFRONT v3.3 and this software provides you setting change so that you can view the "3" website without any problem. The setting is as follows:
- Change user agent from "Mozilla/4.0" to "SANYO-S103/1.000 UP.Browser/7.0.2.1.sn.1.222 (GUI) MMP/2.0"
For me, my concern on using WWE ROM is that I will lose the chinese typing capability of the hardware keyboard. Although CE Star can help, it's far too UNSTABLE.
So, hardware keyboard for Chinese typing is my last desire.....

i just cook a rom with English UI which supports Chs inputting and displaying.
it based on bro Austinsnyc's bigstorage 1st verson.
in my Chs version case, just copy sunglobe.ttf to the dump directory where there is a wince.nls you should overwrite it with the Chs one
and then modify the default.hv(which contains most of registry informations)
change these keys:

the MC with sip has conflict with some program when installed

I have been on the KaiSer forum for the last few months. As from my signature below, I have been lurking for a long while at the Universal forum. Thus, my acquaintance with master-chef Leo.
The first thing, I did when I got my att tilt early this month was to install the Hard SPL and then install L26_WM6.1_PRO v1 (Based on the AT&T 209 build) from the following thread:

When I tried to install the IMAGiNet Arabizer, it didn't install at all. Being a ROM flashing junkie from the Universal forum, I wasn't surprised at all. I had encountered this problem once in the past, even though clearing the prior install after the new flash
I encountered the same problem with Leo's v2, which was recently released on 24 April, 2008.
Being a flash junkie, I tried some of the Dutty's ROM released from during March and April. Didn't encounter any problem with these ROMs.
During April the TNT 19202 Series ROM was released too by Its Right. The IMAGiNet Arabizer didn't install with this ROM too.

But, I could install the InforMobility Arabizer on all these three ROMs, two by Leo and one by Its Right.
Both these IMAGiNet Arabizer and InforMobility Arabizer are paid programs and come with several modules. IMO the IMAGiNet is a better product than InforMobility.
Secondly, one of the beauty of KaiSer ROMs is that they are UC capable. Thus, it is frustrating that during the SDConfig process a software refuses to install as this knowledge is not previously known.
I have uploaded the two main modules for the IMAGiNet Arabizer. They have a trial period of one month.
Can some of the masters on this forum and everyone else help to resolve this problem that why the IMAGiNet Arabizer doesn't work on some ROMs?

It all has to do with the 19209 build. I am able to install all the programs you listed without any problems using Dutty's April 1st Hybrid ROM. I also was able to install and use iGO 2006 and MSVC.
One thing though, MSVC will stop working after a couple of uses if it is mapped to the PTT button, or any button that has the press and hold capability. So I mapped the MSVC to button # 4 ( OK Button).
I am using a 8GB Micro SD Card as well, however, when I create a folder on the SD card, any dll file that I save there will NOT show or display!
I have tried all ROMs there is and finally realized the best ROM for my purposes is Dutty's April 1st Hybrid.

So, is Leo's v1 is a hybrid ROM 19209.
And more importantly, why doesn't IMAGiNet Arabizer install on 19209 ROM?

Version 3.42 runs perfectly fine on all WM6 roms but will not run on WM6.1

I have tested almost every ROM ever cooked and found this ROM to be the most stable and robust. the radio combo is is paramount; 1.64.08.21. Just try it and you will be pleased. And if you install the new HTC Home Customization program you can keep changing the icons and themes and it will feel you have a new ROM altogether...

Not true... I have it on my WM6.1 Hybrid and working fine (or as intended for it to work), using the Rom I just pointed to via Rapidshare.
I also find that In4mobility is better than Imaginet Arabizer, as the issues with Imaginet are mutually suffered by all WM Versions; Stability issues, Freezing, and slowness.

The problem is that windows refuses the installation giving the error "installation unsuccessful". It may be related to certification or something like that. I believe a chef like you can get it for us as many of us are not using some good ROMs for that reason.

The problem is that the program is not free and we must buy it, Fejebi ein, is also not bad and stable but not so beutiful like mobidiv, but it is free for all HTC tytin II and i don't know if it is the case with tilt or not. So if u will buy i think it is better to pay for mobidiv.

yes via the program AEKmap, the master TSD in ce4arab has a nice thread about all of the sory, please search for it there.
Imagent (=Mobidiv New Version) Arabizer is compatible on most (85%)of the roms
I had similar problem before (error installation)
The conditions needed for successful installation
1-Make Sure that you manually remove all Arabizer folders wither Imagnet or in4mobility from you storage card (if you installed any prior applications on SD)
2-After flashing any new rom, Arabizer Cabs Must Be the FIRST TO BE INSTALLED preferably on the main memeory.
I agree there are few roms you will not be able to succeed

The problem with the Arabizer software (Imaginet/Mobidiv) is that it can not install , it will give an immediate message of (installation unsuccessful) as soon as I choose the destination drive.
this is true in almost all wm6.1 except all dutty's roms !
I thought the problem was with registry since duttys do a lot registry tweaks.. so I made a comparison between duttys registry and yours trying to figure out the differences... but no luck
I also managed to trace the CAB execution through IDA assembler to see why the file is refusing to install but no luck.. since I don't know how do this with a cab file... I usually do it with exe and dll
for now I am sticking with duttys rom since they are my only choice. and I really missed you ROMs

Sorry, to reply a bit late. Was doing some more research. The problem with both IMAGiNet and MOBiDIV is that they both refuse to install on Leo's ROM. Giving the message "installation unsuccessful". This is with Leo's all ROMs, whether hybrid or not. However, the InforMobility (Fejebi ein) does work on Leo's ROM and as you mentioned it is not so beautiful.

Thanks for your recommendation. At various times I had Dutty's ROMs from March to April, all of them.
I will try again tonight before Leo issues his v3, the ROM you have recommendation. I have a big problem with all Dutty's ROMs, that once the bluetooth is connect, the ring tone goes to bluetooth and I miss all the calls (miscalls).
Maybe, some registry tweak?

You've spent hours or even weeks to find the best ROM for you and finally found it but it's as usual WWE only?!
From now it's not a problem anymore!
Any language MUI pack is possible for any Windows Mobile PDA (HTC, ASUS, E-Ten etc)!
Short story is that I was exactly the one who was searching for the best ROM which fits my needs and found it, but faced problems with my native language support (e.g. searching contacts). I spent nights trying different MUI packages, but none was really workable with this ROM. Finally I came to the conclusion that the only MUI package which will 100% work with exact ROM is specially cooked MUI package for this ROM! And problem is solved now with the tool I've implemented!
Here below you will find MUI packs for the most famous ROMs. If you can't find pack for your ROM and language - simply ask for it and provide me with your favorite ROM, your native language official ROM and you'll get back appropriate MUI pack.
Known issues:
Not 100% translation yet
Software keyboard will not be translated (third party keyboard usually used)

I too was searching for ANY Rom with Korean support. All I had was installing DioPen or Asukal Hangul No5. But had issues with few programs.
I would be wonderful if you can upload or show me "how-to", it will be much appreciated.

But you ssem to have the same problem, but I ask myself why there are MUI packs available for the ONYX &Elf but do not work?

For the moment this is set of tools which I'm using to localize files and it is not in the release shape yet.
Tell me which exactly ROM you'd like to have Korean and I'll try to help you.

As I said in the headline - there is no universal MUI pack for any ROM, you have to build MUI pack for each ROM kernel.
So, tell me which language you want Onyx ROM v4.4 to be?

I 've got a Kaiser with the M-Opal ROM, which has a M2D already built in - but it shows Ver.1.0XXXX. So I've seen that there are lots of newer builds available, how can I install them onto my phone?
I am asking this because in all kinds of downloadable installations there is required to uninstall all previous versions...

i am from germany, and i bought my samsung sgh-i780 in the US.
now i want to update my windows mobile to a newer version, but i am having trouble doing so:
the phones ID is: DXHD1
i am using the phone in english language just as i received it. but it seems like the phone has been imported to the US from eastern asia ?? right??
the official samsung page "http://www.samsungmobile.com/support/i780/index.jsp" doesnt work for me because my code isnt accepted in UK (i dont want a different language other than english or german)
what am i supposed to do now, in order to update my phone to a new wm version?
i read through the forums but i didnt find a fitting answer
sorry for my bad english, im not a native speaker

try using UK and BVHF1 to get upgrader!
then tell me if you were able to update using this tool!

afaik
it should be possible to upgrade to russian rom(full eboot pda phone) with mirage
then apply e1 update pda part only (with mirage)
after this i supose official uk update from page above can be used to upgrad e phone to pdxib1 =) which is newest and std for actual roms'!

I am very confused... i dont understand all the terms u used because im not into this topic as u are
could u explain those steps for someone who is a complete noob as to that topic please? i dont know how any of the things u have been talking about
if u could find the time to do so, i would be very happy

forget this way!
first get official pdxib1(or how irt is spelled!) using the link provided in previous post!
and then edit it as decribed unter the same link!
i use xvi32 as hexeditor =)
tell me if this leads you to succes!

so first there are 3 things:
bootloader: starts windowsmobile! (called: eboot)
then operationsystem: windowsmobile(called: pda)
third is phonecomponentfirmware(calledhone)
you have to update these three using a russian rom!(romis a packet including one or all this three sections!)
then you've to get english software code! for this apply e1 rom to your i780! (it flashes pda sektion)
then it should be possible to use official english upgrader obtained by the samsung website!
this updater makes your mobile run dixb1 in phone and pda section (or how this reccomended version is spelled!).
after this you can overide pda section using a dxib1 based rom likeironeagles or dreamtheater39 or heineken ones... =)

second way described is very easy just get two files!
then edit one of them and there you are!( i think it is the seccond that has to be edited!)
official updater by samsung:
PDXIB1-XP
XVI32
what is to edit using xvi32? see middle of this post!
drivers
install xvi32 and the drivers!
then extract the updater with 7zip or winrar!
open biggest .exe with xvi32 and search for "DXIB1"... you will find it two times.
rename it both times to the same!
replace with what?
leaf the ib1 and replace the first two letters with the first two your phone has!

your code works when selection malaysian! =)
if you want to use uk version edit it like described in treath above!
but i think malaysian is english too!

pdxib1 IS malaysian! =) its unbranded version =) its offcial version from samsung not for brandet devices!
i will modify pdxib1 to update my german phone...
dont forget now you can update to cooked wm6.5!
most common bug is artefact when moving courser!

AND DONT FORGET: GPS FIX! use it for every programm! w/o portsplitter!

cooked means edititen in a certain view.
so wm 6.1 is official
wm6.5.3 which u can obtain by using those "cooked" roms has a totaly reworked startmenu
it has other slidingpanels(titanium)
it might be faster. rom cookers (the persons building cooked roms) apply patches for stability ;more ram/space/pagepool new themes.
in wm 6.5 theres no real advantage than new startmenu and ne ie6 mobile.
i suppose to give ironeagle or heinekens rom a try and if you dont like it just flash old wm 6.1 back =)
its up to everyone to decide self wheater it is usefull or not.
on my old htc vox i always jused latest wm obtainable becuase of new features speed and stability
but the flexcable broke^^ so i got a new phone as vox is allways damaged somewhere.
