i think ce version is different, but there were fixes..

interesting - can't upgrade to this ROM. Get an error (260) after the update begins. I'm going from the previous version of the same rom (1.57.502.1) to this one. The phone's screen says "Security Unlocked" and that's it.

Can anyone extract the extended rom from this rom build? I am interested in some of the programs customed for AT&T such as XM radio or video on demnd. Perhaps one can modify their ssettings to match those of Rogers in Canada in order to use them on their HSDPA network. Thoughts?

Rom on a non-cingular Kaiser
I loaded it on a non-AT&T kaiser. Worked fine for me.

its give me error [294] Invalid venderid ,i think need SPL unlocked .

have u tried custel's cingular apps? i use the cab on many htc devices and even seems to work on tmobile so dont c why it wouldnt wk on rogers.

Does Wmstorage work with this rom
I can't get wmstorage to work on original rom, I'm thinking of switching to this rom to try if wmstorage works. Can anyone save me the trouble and tell me if it works?
Also how do i tell if my phone is vender id unlocked.

your cid is locked on the phone, you will have to wait for an unlocker..

Well Boys I just got me a Kaiser today!! So i will be joinging the threads here to help out in anyway I can some of you might know me from the ROMs i cooked up in the hermes forum...

After a few hours of playing i can say i am pretty happy with it seems fast and fun to play with everything a hermes should have been lol...

i dont have mine yet, but can agree that the 400mhz proc in the hermes was quite disappointing...

Glad to see you're getting a kaiser shogunmark. It gives me hope that there might be a way to get PTT going on an unofficial ROM as was done with the Hermes, which I understand you helped make possible?

oh...ok.... so this is why peoples looking for an unlocker to make the deivce Super CID... once it is, i can flash any ROM with no problems. am i correct?

Help for files lost in extROM 【Ranju's - v7.4 ROM】

I have upgrade to [NEW!!! Ranju's - v7.4] WM6.1 Pro - 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.2) ,it's a very nice ROM,but the problem that files will be lost in extROM after soft reboot has trouble me for a long time.

If you flash the ExtRom from 7.1, then it will definitely work.

Yep that's right. Not only that T-Mobile didn't yet release 6.1 for the Vario III, they don't even provide any kind of an update for the old 6.0
Acoording to their regulations of course, you wouldn't need this ROM since you're not supposed to replace it anyway...

Can't use the reconstructed cause my hard-spl had a bad installation and my kaiser stucks in the boot mode , so only an original rom that doesn't check for country and vendor IDs can save me.
I don't need an update , but just any version installable on this device to let me install in the right way hard-spl.
In my Diamond the hard-spl installation was fine , I was unlucky with the kaiser , mtty commands can't help me , just proved.

The version you need doesn't exist...
edit: What's on the phone now? The normal SPL? But a cooked ROM??!!
Since that's impossible to my knowledge I assume that you are stuck in Bootloader with the normal SPL and the official ROM is still flashed but doesn't boot. If that's the case you might hypothetically (I'm not suggesting you do ;-) )try taking it to a T-Mobile store and tell them it just stopped working.

Unfortunately I'm from Italy and there' re no T-mobile sellers in my country.
Normally I should not use that phone , taken from ebay at very cheap price.

Two roms running on my kaiser after flashing!

Hi guys! Here is my pb, ive just flashed my kaiser with the new Anryl WM 6.5 ROM because Utopykzebulon's was not as good . Before that I had AthineOs ME and after Anryl's IOLITE one AND NOW I still have AthineOs image when I turn on my device and moreover I don't have WM 6.5 interface but Manilla2D .... I don't understand how it can be posible! Any idea? Thx

If you read the package list you would see Anryl WM 6.5 ROM includes Manila2D and not the WM6.5 Interface. You arent running 2 Roms you just have the splash screen from your old Rom stuck on your new Rom. I would assume the Rom you flashed doesnt have a custom splash screen but im not sure as I have never used it and it doesnt say in the package list. Read *HERE* about the splash screen and how to change it.

Please take some time to read up about ROM flashing on Windows mobile devices.
If you had done you would know that a NBH image file that you flash to your device has many parts. One of which is a Splash screen. All these parts are optional (you need one part of course).
If AthineOS had a splash in his NBH file but Anryl did not then the splash screen would not change between ROM flashes. This is the same for the Radio, if Chef A includes a radio, but Chef B does not then the radio won't change.
Follow mskips tool for flashing your splash screen and you'll be back to normal.

That happened with me when I tried Abu's v15 & then tried Uto's 6.5 beta. But that doesn't mean you have two ROM's. Don't worry thats really doesn't make your device a small wonder either.

Wizard hang in bootscreen after upgrade

Hi,
i hope somebody can help me. I looked yesterday the whole day in your forum for a solution, but i didn´t find something.
I have a G3 Wizard, and tried to update to WM 6.5 with the
[ROM][WM6.5][Build 23064][GER|NL] v0.9.8.5 by cYBERdEL [07.10.2009]
rom. I think I forgot, to downgrade to WM 5, and now after every boot the wizard hangs in boot screen.
I tried to change to different roms, ( the 1.05 button rom, the wm6.1 xion rom, which i had installed before, the original vodafone rom )
I don´t know any other solution :-(
Maybe someone can help me.
My current SPL / IPL is 1.01.

Hmm I thought, that the wizard love rom is only for g4 wizards, but I have a G3 wizard.
I already tried the button rom, but this doesn`t help...
Can I use the wizard love rom with a G3 wizard?
