Guys i whant to cook my own custom ROM but i do not have any ideea how to cook one can you help me with a tutorial how to cook a ROM for this kind of device(Tornado)

I know what a ROM is. I know what a kitchen is, my house has one. But what is a kitchen rom and what is so great about the 1st ever WM6 kitchen from for the Wizard?
kitchen is where you can cook up your OWN rom. The Iron Chefs from up above provide you with the great tools and you use them.
the term means a custom rom cooked by one of our chefs but not packed to the flashable format. So...just before flashing, you may have a peek at it and add or remove few programs/applications

Can use wm6 rom for i600 and then cook it for i320?

I am new to cooking roms.
I have a few questions:
I would like to cook a custom rom for my T-Mobile MDA Compact III also know as the HTC P300/Artemis.
I use the following kitchen: Hypercore Kitchen
Can I use the files provided in this topic(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445) or do I need to have a already cooked rom? If yes does it have to be a 6.5 rom?
And is there a step by step guide for cooking roms?
