i use xda II with wm5 ( os 5.1.195 ) and i have problem with my sandsik card wifi ( sdwsdb-000-768 ). xda did not recognized the card. what should i do? pls help

Interesting hardware, but it won't work on our Himalaya devices, as it is a SDHC-card. Hima does not support it, the driver needed lacks.

Nope, no driver -no HC!!
PS. You're right, of cause, the driver lacks, not "leaks". Pardon me, I'm old and ugly, my fingers are crippled. I'm soooo lonely!!! UaaaaaHHaaa!!!!!

Here is the SD Host Controller driver from HTC Herald, that supports SD2.0. HTC Herald is also based on OMAP850 platform, so the only problem is who to insert it in Prophet or Wizard ROM..

hey man by the way m orignally from allahabad too lol anyways as for ur question wm6.1 is only a beta version n its stablity on universal fone is not yet determined. lets say if there is no best stable rom of wm6 avaliable on the net in comparision to the packed wm5 wm6.1 is still a long wat to go .. anyways u can still download roms under universal mobile 6 . topic and get the rom most adaptable to ur liking. thou wud hav to compromise on certain issues as every cracked wm5+ rom has one or the other issue so u wud jus need to make a choice which rom suites ur need to the best..

its probably that ur jack or pin detectors is broken its not have to do with a rom.. still if u have any doubt i would suggest u to take out ur sim card and ur sd card and flash a shipped rom of universal n once flased recheck if it works ??.. still problem persists chek ur sim card in any other fone and c if its giving problem in copying contacts from sim to fone or fone to sim ! if so then probably u need a new sim card .. get a this one replaced by ur service provider with an extra charge that they might take to replace ur sim..

But why would I update my (almost) perfect working O3 WWE to O5?
What advantages do I get?
Is it faster? (O3 is very fast)
Do I have more RAM free?
Do I get longer battery life? (O3 has very long life)
I do know my camera is not working with O5. So that sets me back.

After using 05 from 03, I'm coming back to 03.
Speed is not as fast, the ram usage is more than 03, can't really comment on battery life but it seems similar. There is no camera. It is much more finger friendly with all the menus larger and made for use with fingers.
For me I like 03 but if you have nothing to lose give 05 a try and see how it goes, you can always revert back like I am doing.
I installed 05 on my 64MB ram device but I have some bugs. The first call recieved after HW reset is ok. The next time when I did power off the phone I have a call that I cannot answer, just see "call status". Maybe I back to 03.

skin it if you want an iphone look, personally im not going near an iPhone and cotulla doesn't need the extra work to have a pre skinned rom. you can do it yourself with any of his roms.
