Has anyone been successful in making a cab file for the new cool looking sliding animation of nontouchscreen devices carrying WM 6.1? 240 X 320 or 320 X240? I do see some ROM flashes with those, but a standalone cab file just for the today screen?

the sliding screen htc home is only available for wm6 classic(smartphones) because the today screen on the smartphones is one integrated object as oppose to PDA's that the today screen is made of many layers... meanwhile the sliding htc home is only on wm6.1 classic... sorry guys

Hi guys I'm a bit tired of scrolling to my menu lots of shortcut because I have a bit lots of application now on my Tornado...I love O2 Menu when I still use my SPV E200 very costumizable..you can move or delete shortcuts, you can also deleted or add shortcuts and the most important thing is that you can organize the shortcuts to the folder that you want it to be...But unfortunately it doesn't work on HTC Tornado since it is only for 170x220 resolution because Tornado has 240x320 resolution...I don't like the 3D Menu extracted from VOX rom it eats up a lot of RAM and not costumizable unlike the O2 Menu...So can anyone make O2 Menu on HTC Tornado which is WM5 please?I have the Cab file of O2 Menu that works on all SP phone cracked by someone from iocn.com for you to disassemble the source could...or could someone make O2 Menu like for HTC Tornado?

Here's the thing...I got a TYTN II & Installed the WM 6.1 Pro released by HTC on my phone...very nice & all....but it doesn't include the Sliding Windows plugin that makes 6.1 so nice ! Is there a WM 6.1 Pro "Vanilla" ROM I can download somewhere for the TYTN II ? Or a way to install the plugin ?

not sure what you mean, but if you're talking about touchflo 3d.
I think for now that's only diamond and touch pro that has it.

Nope...not talking about Touch-Flo...WM 6.1's Deafault "Home Screen Interface" is what I'm looking for....not the HTC Home Plugin. WM 6.1 comes out these "Glass Panel" setup by default. It looks like this ?

WHY ?? It's such a nice interface ?? It will help with everyday quick tasks without you needing to rip out the stylus for everything....you'll be able to navigate with the nav button & use the stylus for more in depth tasks...If you get what I'm saying ! Ah well...Thanks for the heads up in any case !

I was @ the MWC for the MS Press Conference and I played a bit with a Diamond II with WM6.5 on and I just LOVE the new today plugin "Titanium". You have almost all the information you want on a single page.
So, I'd like to know if a genius developer here could recreate a today plugin similar to the WM6.5 one, like we have TouchFLO 3D look-a-like or HTC Cube look-a-like ?
I'm sure it could be a "best-downloader" in this site !

ok so i think the people over at the excalibur thread have a nice idea show people there custom home screens i know this is the smartphone in general thread so there will be all sorts of screen sizes but i would like to see peoples custom screens or if people just want to show there standard screen thats ok to heres mine thanks to Dermann, Dermanns 6.5.3 theme with 6.5.3 weather .cpr.

hey that looks good had you not sayed its 6.1 i would have assumed it was 6.5 probably should have mention mine is from a blackjack 1

Im relativ new in HTC devices,especiali on the Toch Diamond2, but no new on windows mobile (HP63xx,Mio701,etc.).
Elsewhere, im ask somebody tell me how i can make program shortcut on manila today screen , like on pics down.
My screen is equal, but dont know how make these shortcut, on pic in red border.
I have original wwe WM6.5 for topaz (td2) and htc sense ( i think v2.1).

That's Sense/Manila 2.5 in the screenshot you have. Since you have version 2.1, you won't be able to do that. I'd suggest flashing to a ROM that has 2.5.
