hi guys, posted this in general but it seems no one can help so i thought this might be a more appropriate place to post!!
I was halfway through running the hard spl program and it closed down, i just need some advice.
I got to the unplug and replug your device section where the tri colour and it says usb on my kaiser and the CMD promp window closed.
What can i do, can i just turn off my phone? or is this a big no no. HELP me please
how do i get out of this situation????

i have Dopod C800. it will not turn on. i performed the HardSPL but it failed. before, i can still enter the bootloader. UNFORTUNATELY, at this time, it will not turn on even on the bootloader. is there any way to fix my phone??? please help.. i hope there's still ways to fix my phone.. thanks in advance..
If you want help, you're better off asking the forum where the people who repair phones dweal. This is the developer sub forum. Most of us haven't really dealt with a phone breaking like that. Sorry I'm not much help.

hi evry one...i have a problem with my ks20...i installed application from htc, opera browser build for wm6.1 or 6.5...at first it worked but after soft reset my phone dont open anymore...it stock on the bootloader showing lg icon only...is there anyway for me to hard reset my ks20...please help if somebody knew or experienced this....thanks
