[Q] application to resize rescale videos on Android

Is there any application for resizing videos that I capture with my camera ?
(on the device itself, without copying the file to my PC)

none existing?

I don't want to believe that there is no application to rescale videos. I need it for attaching videos to emails/mms.
Is there really no application ?

Search for Vidcon on play store. It's the best so far. It can resize your video to mms size in .3gp format. The paid version has ability to manually pick your output video size and format.

How Do I Name Videos in Android Stock Video App?

the stock video gallery in android doesnt have names for thumbnail videos. is there a way to name your thumbnail videos to differentiate them from other videos?

Problems with Google's Photos app

Is anyone having problems playing back videos that are stored on the cloud? All my locally stored videos playback fine when using the Photos app however whenever I try to play anything that's not also present on the phones local storage the video buffers endlessly.

Just tried it. It it a normal video not 60fps or 4k it does not buffer if I have 4k video it buffers. File to big to stream. On wifi I get no buffering

Can you give me ideas for app or player that can play video files and pictures.Idea is for slideshow that will be played on android box but in this slideshow will have video files and pictures files.

I don't have root. I need to set it up after taking a photo or video, clicking on a photo or video in the stock camera app to open the photo or video in my own gallery. I use my own application for photos and I use potplayer for videos.
