I wondering if anyone would be able to think of a way (maybe MortScript) To change the taskbar background hourly just like the background changes. I will donate for successful efforts.

I am wondering if there is a way to change background image? Not the wallpaper and neither the lock screen wallpaper. I would like to change background image in order to change the places where I highlighted as in image attached.

I´m using CM10 and want to have a Whatsapp Icon for the slide shortcuts, so drew one in GIMP and saved it as a PNG.
My problem is that when I set it as the Icon the background appears black. Does anybody know how to solve this?
