Speaker symbol instead of the battery symbol? - Palm Treo 750

I just got an second 750 and tried to configurate it like my first. Everything worked well except the battery symbol on the very top.
How can I show the speaker symbol instead of the battery symbol?

Create a new file (blank text file is ok) and save it as BatteryIndicator.exe. Copy the new BatteryIndicator.exe file to "\Windows" on your device and overwrite the original. Soft Reset. If you want to get back the original, delete the new BatteryIndicator.exe from \Windows. It will look like it did not delete, but that is because ROM will notice it is missing and replace it in Windows. Result is this:

I see that all the writings on your screen are in Italic.
Did you mess with your fonts or registry?
Do you have some kind of Hebrew localization installed, maybe partially?
It's hard to determine exactly what is causing this.
Try to look for files ending with MUI extension for languages other than English (0409.mui) I think Hebrew is 040d (you can check on MSDN). They are in your windows folder.
Bad interface file (mui) may be causing this.

today-screen icons tomtom: with usable sollution

hello!
I've got a little problem.
I installed tomtom6 on my htc touch pro (runs without problems), but i've got a little problem with the today-screen.

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
as you can see in the picture the tomtom-lettering is nearly unreadable.
so i had the idea that this could be an image-file shown there and that i could replace it with once with a better coloring.
so now my question: is this a picture and where can i find it?
Soluion: put a bitmap-file into directory:
my device\tomtom\tttoday.bmp
size: 20pixel in hight
howto:
-> disable tomtom-icon in today->elements->TomTom
-> then copy bmp-file to tomtom-directory
-> enable tomtom-icon
=> new self-made icon is on screen

Change Colors

I am trying to change the colors from green to blue but some of the png's show up weird. These are not .9.png files just png but when I open it in photoshop it looks like this. and they are locked.

"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
If I just view it it looks like this
Any idea how to edit these or why there like this?
Open in photoshop-> square marque's tool -> select the whole area then goto edit or w/e and hit copy. Go make new, it will auto correct itself to the same dimensions. And just paste. and the index lock should be gone.
Yes but if I do that it copies the weird way it looks in Photoshop

[Q] Why ? Wrong folder ?

Hello everyone. I use XT925 with CM 10.1 (4.2)

}
Well, as you can see there are two folder (0 and legacy) What is written in one is the other, as if they were clones.
In the first image you can see some old files (that was the folder "ROOT")
The problem here is that instead of it show all the folders in the place where it was usually, it created a folder inside the "main" after 2 more folders which are equal, and inside them is that this data (android, wallpapers , music, etc ...)
This is right? It is common? I did that the installation process wrong?
I am using for more than one month and this quiet but it is strange to see so clumsy.
