usually the newest anything in any forum is the stuff at the top. you answered your own question. youre running 11999 get it right, its 19199 and its pretty much the newest, especially for you. repeat it with me:
its right. itsright.

I was just thinking wouldn't it make more sense to have all the roms linked in one thread. as opposed to how it is now where u have to scroll though page after page to find what u want. so thats what I'm going for. I'd like anyone who has a rom or knows of a rom to post the link in this thread.

Hi guys, I have an HTC Diamond running Mighty Mike's 3.7 custom rom. My friend has an AT&T Tilt, and I would like to help her get a custom rom running. Since I don't own the device, I can't do any testing.
I was wondering if one of you Kaiser gurus might be able to recommend a solid custom rom for the Tilt so that I might be able to help her out.

Thanks. I will see if we can get her up and running on it. I appreciate the advice.
If you only want a solid experience I recommend the official WM6.1 rom update. It is what I use after countless flashes from almost all chefs.

you have to move on buddy, dont get stuck in the past...WM6.0 is outdated..
true there were some issues in WM6.1 but the newer roms have been really nice...
as for the guy who started this thread...i hope you did some reading on flashing spl and/or security unlocking your friend's tilt before you play around with custom roms...

Dude I use Solace v2 (not the RC Series its not ready yet), Its the fastest and most stable 2d rom I've ever flashed. And I flash very new rom that is posted but seem to go right back to old faithful Solace v2. Its not flashy but it works with no issues I've put everything on it. I hope this helps.

i have only had my tytn 2 for about 3 weeks now and did the upgrade to wm6.1 on the HTC website so it is a new rom and it made my phone slow .i had no appz installed only the ones that came with the rom

I managed to unlock and flash my first ROM on my T-Mobile (UK) MDA Vario III by following this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835 (thanks everybody who has put time and effort to put it together).
My handset is mis-behaving a bit now. I would like to download a stable (ideally official T-Mobile or HTC ROM) and one that is still stable but will allow me to try Touchflo3D, Android, etc.
Could you please point me to the right direction?

Yannis welcome and you did the right thing by reading that thread....however, you need to keep reading...there is no way we can tell you which rom to pick.....there are only a few roms that have touchflo3d in them because of driver issues.. so they constantly freeze up.....there are plenty of roms that have everything you want in them and then some...my suggesion....flash each one and try them...i personally have tried PDA, G's and SJ's...and they are all great but i come back to SJ's...start there.. see which one you like.... and dont create new threads....also check out other members roms and radios and see which one they like...

I am using HTC Tilt 8900 unlocked phone and i am looking to upgrade the rom. I came across Hyper Dragon ROM VI. Kindly let me know is it the latest one available right now.
The biggest question in my mind is how to cook the ROM with HyderDragon Vi ROM. Kindly advice.

It will explain how to flash a ROM onto your phone. The process is the same on all ROMs, so once you learn how to do it with one ROM, you can do it on all ROMs. Make sure you do the hard spl first.
As for the latest and greatest, the release dates for most of the ROMs are in the subject line of the thread (look in this ROM development forum- most of the posts are ROM threads with a ROM you can download). The ones that don;t have the date in the subject, will have the date in the first post. You can ask specific questions in each individual ROM thread.
I've used a few Hyperdragon ROMs (not the latest, but the one before that) and they are pretty good. They're all pretty good for that matter. If you're using a stock ROM, you'll like whichever one you put on it a lot more than the stock.
I know it was probably a typo but its actually HyperDragon IV
HDIV is the latest Rom from Sakajati and is a Hybrid WM6.5 which is in test stage so should only be flashed by members who dont mind wiping their phone once a week to get the latest bug fixes.
If you want a VERY Stable and Fast Rom with NO bugs that you can keep on your phone for a while then I would recommend flashing HyperDragonIII 25th December Build.

Hey thanks for the help folks. Just finished flashin Dualtouch Dutty series Awesome. Is there any Way yo get the touch keyboard feature on this rom. Cuz the regular dutty series had it in the message menu.

Firstly, starting new threads in this forum that don't have to do with Rom Development , will not make you very many friends. It really clutters the forum, and frankly it is against the rules.
Secondly, that rom is well over a year old, and Duttythroy is long gone from this forum, off to the HD. So even if you did post the question in the correct place ( the rom thread ) I doubt there would be very many people still using that rom to help you.
Why don't you flash one of the newer roms, faster, flashier, more up to date programs and plenty of people to help.
