No ring volume after flashing Dutty ROM - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III Windows Mobile ROM De

Hi All
I am really sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but i couldn't find an answer.
I upgraded to this fantastic ROM today (thanks Dutty). However, there is no ring sound! I have tried fiddling with settings but i'm a but stumped.
TIA to anyone who can help.
And once again, sorry if the fix is obvious/documented elsewhere!

I hope you have some flame retardant skivvies close at hand.

Go easy on me - i have been registered for over a year and thats my first post. i have been too scared to post.

Is it a 6.1 Rom? If so, what radio are you using?

This thread will solve your problem
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=349375

Its radio 1.27.12.32
Do I just re-install the radio version? Its not clear in that thread what I am supposed to do.
Thanks for your help.
Edited to add: Yes, its WM6.1

[Solve] HardSPL or not???

Hi everybody!!
glad to be there...I bought a P4550 today (i'm happy happy happy), and want to change rom
My phone is originally sim-unlock (original HTC?) but I don't know if it's SPL-unlock...
I've tried the HardSPLv1 but stay stuck on a grey activesync icon after unplug-plug operation...not so cool...read somewhere from a guy that you can continue the processus. Right?
Some informations:
Bootloader:
KAIS130
SPL-1.56.0000
CPLD-8
Elements:
ROM version : 1.56.406.5
Date ROM : 08/30/07
Radio version : 1.27.12.17
Protocol version : 22.45.88.07W
WinXP with ActiveSync 4.5
So, do I need to HardSPL it?? or can I directly flash the Rom???
Thanks in advance for any information!!!!
again, I'm happy

HardSPL
You most certainly want to HardSPL your device. It's the best invention since sliced bread.
I suggest running HardSPL and then finding a ROM here you'd like and go to town that way. You can seriously spend weeks reading all the posts to find relevant information--use google to search these forums, it yields far better results than the built in one.
FYI on google if you sarch for "Kaiser HardSPL" you'll get results for all kinds of websites...including those that archive old postings here. A quick fix for searches if you're like me and have a Google Search bar in Firefox is to add "site:xda-developers.com" to your search (e.g. "Kaiser HardSPL site:xda-developers.com").
Check this link for more detailed searches using Google: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=314616
I can almost guarantee that any question you can come up with in the first few weeks of owning/beginning to flash your device that there's no question you can ask that has not already been asked/answered (including this one I'm responding to).
Cheers,
-Q
hi everybody, i have a problem with my kaiser 8925 that after i used for 2 days ,everything was working good ,but a notice that my external memory got stoke and when i pullet out my phone not recognize any storage memory please help me and let me know what i have to do.
Thanks Quentin- for your fast reply!!
Before I posted this thread, I've readen a lot of infos and I can't find an appropriate answer.
Almost all persons who use the HardSPL have an ATT phone, or other, and have sim-lock. That's not my case.
And can't find the direction when you're stuck on a grey icon after unplug/plug. This problem happens on Vista...But I'm on WinXP...I'm confused...
Hope there's someone here who had same problem...
Thanks again for all this beautifull work on xda-dev

For Kanky1
Please, start a new thread...we don't have same troubles...
EDIT...
Welcome OliPof...
I think I was little anxious for no reason...HardSPL ran like a charm...
Sorry for this useless thread...

TomTom and Dutty[june07]

hi guys,
I hope one of you can help me. I just "installed" the new dutty release (btw great work!) but now I can't install tomtom. it keeps saying that I shall upgrade my radio.
I really hope you can help me!
Maybe you should have posted this in the thread regarding that rom?
same rom no tomtom problem
yeah, this should go in the rom's thread. But i am also using dutty's diamond v1 with radio 1.65.16.25 and i am using Tomtom with no problem. Is it working in gpstest? or google maps? or any other applications but not in tomtom? If so, I suggest you install gpsgate and try it.
Yes, please post in the appropriate thread. More likely to be seen and answered.
Thread Closed. Thank you for understanding.

Finding a radio ROM...

Hi all, first post. Apologies if I've missed something obvious, but I've searched these forums (fora?) thoroughly and can't find it.
I have an Orange-branded UK Tytn II running WM6. It also has Radio vn 1.27.14.32 and ROM version 1.81.00.00 (G 22.45.88.07h if that counts for anything).
I've installed HardSPL on it without any problems and am now looking to unlock it using JockyW's hack; unfortunately I can't find radio 1.27.14.32 anywhere in order to reload that after the hack.
Can anyone help further?
Thanks

Have you checked the FAQ, Wiki, 4th sticky down? It has a link to the ultimate radio thread that has a ton of radios in it. Try there. Remember always check the sticky first, especially before starting a new thread. Almost, if not all, of your answers are there.
Yep, checked the wiki and the ultimate radio thread, couldn't find it; searched the forum and couldn't find it either, hence the post.

I can't find that radio either, but there are others that you can use and might get better reception, unless your heart is stuck on that particular radio. Sorry if I wasn't much help, but it happens.

Yeah, no worries. Was just wondering if anyone had been able to get other radios to work with that ROM, but will just have to give them a shot, I guess.
In fact, any other UK Orange Tytn II users and which ROMs/ radios are you using?

HELP!!!

Hello, I am having problems with various ROMS.
I am on Orange in the UK firstly. I am looking for a Mobile 6.1 ROM and RADIo that will work on my handset.
I am encountering a few problems when flashing ROMS and updating RADIOs.
I have set aside my adventure so far and hope someone out there is able to assist me.
Installed HARDSPL v 1.0 - No problem
Flashed ROMEOS 4.1 mobile 6.1 - No Sound
Updated Radio from 1.27.14.05 to 1.64.08.21 Mobile 6.1 - Sound works but NO In call volume sending or receiving.
Updated Radio from 1.64.08.21 to 1.27.14.09
Flashed Schaps Rom Mobile 6.0 - No sound and no in call volume
I would like Mobile 6.1 with a working Radio, I have searched this site with no avail. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
HardSPL 3.56
ROMeOS v4.1 BETA 2
Radio 1.71.09.01 eMo
Regards
AFAIK its only the radio you need to be concerned with regarding sound. Check the ultimate radio thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182&highlight=ultimate+radio
Forgot to mention I have tried other HARDSPLs however the CUSTOMERUU always updates to ver: 1.000000 which refers to the already installed HARDSPL v 1.0.
I am thinking that the HARDSPL installed is causing the probelm how to I change it?
Could I have the link for Radio 1.71.09.01 eMo please
Thanks

Problems after flashing ROM Kaiser 130

Dear Community,
i´m a new user and an informatican but i´m a newbie in flashing smartphones. So i can´t understand the following Problem:
I have a HTC Kaiser 130 from German Provider T-Mobile. Because this wonderful WM 6.0 is so extrem slowly i decided to flash my ROM to new WM6.5. I went to this forum because here you have the best xda-developers ;-) so now to my problem: After flashing (and i was doing it by the newbie flash tutorial!) in each WM6.5 ROM version i found here for Kaiser, i have NO Sound on my device. And when i try to make a call the connection will be established but the speaker and the mic doesn´t work. so what have i done wrong? can anybody help me? i really really don´t want to use the original ROM :-( i´m a power user and i will throw it out of the window when i have to work with 6.0 T-Mobile Brand anymore :-D
so many thanks!
I guess you forgot to flash your radio rom.
Try 1.70.19.09 so it will work.
hmm... sometimes i ask my self: HAVE I EVER BEEN TO SCHOOL? Or why CANT i read sometimes^^
i think exactly that is the problem
thank you very much
i try and hope
Never give up
Your answer is found very easily in the noob guides to flash the step is included and covered a million times in ROM threads.
Please search before posting a new thread and also post in correct sub forum.
