how can i install nbf file on my imate sp5m with rom platinum, and what is the nbf file ??
use the WM6 update pack for that, just unpack the files into a specific directory on your PC and add the .nbk file to the unpacked files, please read the readme.pdf.

i downloaded HTC64_Extended_ROM_Tool_v1.1.zip
but now i have a sely qustion
from where i can get the nbf file for Extended_ROM
i used the upgrade file but it dosen't work because it was exe file :!:
when you execute the exe file...it creats a temp folder with all the nbf files...search for *.nbf can you can find them... then copy the required file into the desktop
i had a question for bal666
your tool converts the file into FAt
how can i convert it to .nba format

I have set of .nb files:
00_IPL.nb
01_SPL.nb
02_GSM.nb
03_MainSplash.nb
04_OS.nb
How to generate a CORECT .nbh file from these files for HTC VOX?
I tried to use NBHgen.exe and nb2nbh.exe but it seems that those progs can`t produce a CORECT .nbh file for HTC VOX.
Any help is welcome!

I ve downloaded a new ROM for my universal. The name of the file is nk.nbf. How do I install this?

I need to extract files from the t-mobile sda ROM. I extracted the .exe file, now how do I extract files from the nk.nbf file? I a noob at this, please give simple instructions. I think it has something to do with typhoontool.exe or something. PLEASE HELP.

I don't know if this works for your device's rom(its for ipaq hx2xxx series), but you can try it:

You push the unpack button, navigate where the nbf file is, push open. The unpacked file its in the same directory as the nbf file.
I am in trouble with my Xperia X1. I need ur help regarding installation of TouchFlo 2 3D panel on my Xperia X1.
I downloaded the TouchFlo panel on my laptop. It was a 'cab' file. Then I unzipped the package with winRAR, and put the files in a new folder. Now this folder does not contain an executable file or application file, named 'setup'. I cannot understand how can I transfer all these unzipped files, residing in my laptop, to my XPERIA X1 and get it running there. I have attached the phone with the laptop thru a data cable. But the trouble is that I cannot find any 'setup' file.
I hope u peole will guide me step by step, as I am a 'brand new NEWBIE' to these matters.

cab files are not ment to be unpacked it's the wm native install packet format
copy the cab file to the device and run it from there
did you try dragging the ziped folder directly to the sd card
As Rudegar stated you don't extract anything from a .cab file as that is a compressed installation archive. Just copy the .cab file to your device and execute the file on the device
