Alltel just released the firmware update. And I found a Root for it as well. So I am Root.
I was needing to downgrade my device to like android verison 2.2.2
I have another Milestone X (Same model and everything) but it still has 2.2.2 on it.
And I thought about running a adb command that will copy/clone all the files including the /system And put it on my device that I am wanting to downgrade. Will this theory work?

The article didn't specifically say which phone except the R1 HD and some 120,000 devices that have been patched. I suppose since there hasn't been an update available means the Pure XL isn't affected.
