Not sure how this ROM would help unbrick your phone, as there are many other shipped ROMs out there. Would you care to elaborate, in English or Portuguese? If you don't reply within 10 days, I think it would be best for the forum if this thread was locked for good, since this ROM predates the official AT&T release date...

Tried flashing with ROMUPDATE\Ruu_Signed_Duttys_WM6.1_5.2.19700_Hybrid_V2_1_64.08.21_CubeV2_\Ruu_Signed_Duttys_WM6.1_5.2.19700_Hybrid V2_1_64.08.21[CubeV2]. Stopped at 16% and got stucked.
Reboot using mitty. Now back to bootloader. Used Mitty to obtain the following info:
SPL VERSION 1.56.0000
HTCSKAISI300TMB0HTCE
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT ROM SOFTWARE TO USE. I AM NEW TO FLASHING. MY PHONE IS UNLOCKED T-MOBILE VARIO III. I AM USING O2 SIM CARD

Did you read EVERYTHING in the Wiki or FAQ's? I'm guessing not, because it seems like you didn't do HardSPL to your device before flashing anything. Am I wrong everyone?

You are totally right. For myself, I kept reading for 3 days before HardSPL my Kaiser.
But if the guy still able to access Bootloader screen, I think he can flash his original ROM then do HardSPL to recover situation.
I thought when I saw this thread on the top of the list that it is the waited new HTC ROM with new drivers! (Stupid, Right? )

Definitely not stupid at all. I think a lot of people are chomping at the bit for the update.

Do u find this rom fast, or does it take 3 min to boot like my original wm5

i dont know what is the spl and/or ipl, because my phone is not able do upgrate any rom with spl above 3.08

Is not possible to downgrate the spl... is necessary to paid for that!... but the ipl and spl betwen 2.10 and 2.20 isnt much diference, and i belive the rom official is betwen that =)

Just realize that if install the original version and the ipl and spl are upgraded, can't install my i-mate original rom anymore (device still in warranty period) because ipl and spl are inferior. maybe i'm going to install yours after all.
Battery at 40%, some time to think...

Is better... because with this rom your spl and ipl stay in the same that you have now! =)
Diga, nao esperes ate carregar a 50% nao é completamente necessario, prime o botao da camera e clicas no botao reset, vais para o modo tricolor, ai ele aceita a bataria que tens neste momento =)

I have the download at 10 % maybe battery charge to 50 % when its over .
Do u find this rom fast, or does it take 3 min to boot like my original wm5 ?

not the 40 seconds from PDAViet then. Thats to bad, lets see if i can go back again, my actual rom is nice, but the wm6 common bugs drive me crazy. And the official rooms have that nice feature, slow but reliable.

Please check the included ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G3.exe or something else
i can't install yours (maybe user error), so i upgrade to original.
by the way SPL: 2.20 IPL: remains 2.13

i have been searching this for a while thanks ... wm6 bugs are driving me crazy but it as a lot good things also...

After upgrading with the original ROM version from Tiagofa you will get:
IPL: 2.10.0001 (Remains the same)
SPL: 2.20.0001 (The SPL version have been updated from 2.10 to 2.20)

I Just want to tell, that the latest rom , or portuguese rom i uploaded, is from QTEK Original.
Why i uploaded ?
I´m tired to search and read some stupid topics in other foruns, people like me, asked to find where i can download that, in fact, isn´t available in qtek website, a stupid thing..
I have lucky to search and disponibilizad the original rom to portuguese qtek / prophet users

But the speaker on the telephone is go wrong, so i have to

Newer WM 6.1 Treo 750 ROM?

Any one know of a newer "normal" WM 6.1 ROM for the Treo 750 than build "CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.0)"?
If not, does anyone have any links to guides/tools/how-to's on creating your own roms by upgrading the OS portion of an existing rom?
I'm new to this kind of stuff but would be willing to try to build one once I find out how.

but unfortunately my friend, the treo 750 thread is dead here. nobody making ROM for treo anymore... well, I love to build one if there is tutorial in how to build it.
i still got my WM6.0 treo (downgrade from WM6.1) ....the only way to got more current upgrade is selling this one.... and buy new other device from HTC...
i haven't sold mine.. because i love the functionality of the Treo750 (WM6.0)

Have you tried the Taiwanese one with filename v4alite of some sort?? Im using that and while its a LOT more stable than any other WM 6.1 ive tried, ive got 2 problems now,
1. Randomly BT connects but has constant loud hissing noise with no voice coming from and going to the other party.
2. Now for some reason the backlight wont come on, even after adjusting the settings. Keypad light comes on tho??
May need another hard reset Aside from that its the most stable 6.1 ive used.

I suppose the Taiwanese ROM is in Chinese though, right?

Sorry for misunderstanding.
I mean how we can optimize our Aspen to support our activity i.e. how can we make the Aspen as wifi router so we can share our connection with friends,
etc.
SPL is Second Program Loader, is mainly a bootloader which allows a ROM to be flashed onto your device.

i have this phone and well for me its no bad but with android it will be better amyone knows if can run it?

if the rhodium runs ginger an froyo why this device will not, we just need a good chef and some creativity taking advantage of haret
