Whenever I take a video using the camera and store it on the Storage Card, the video doesn't show up in the Video Album. Has anyone else noticed this?

Bit of an odd one this, while videos certainly play on blip.tv the HTML 5 player has no controls. No play no pause no fullscreen. Here is an example

can't really help but to say I have controls, no idea why you don't though. They come and go as I touch the bottom of the video.

Is anyone have an idea why no song is coming out from the demo ?
I haven't tried to record something yet and wanted to play a bit with the demo, but no song is coming out from the ipad. I've tried to use the headphone thinking it might come from it but still nothing. I've also played with everything around hoping to unlock something but again, nothing.I also went through Software Demo Video Examples for help but did not find any.
I've checked on the forum, youtube, etc... nothing either.
Any idea ?

I have looked but not found any answer yet so I'm trying my luck here.
When looking at a video (can be self made video, something someone sent me and even YouTube videos) the screen basically cuts 2/3 so I'm left with just a small part of the screen. It happens very randomly, some videos have it and others don't.
Anyone had any similar experiences and a solution to this very odd thing? I'll add some screenshots to show exactly what it is. Thanks!
