when I used other version of WM6, I had display of incoming calls something like this one...can I modify incoming calls to look like outgoing?

i've got a sprint today from one of my cutomer with the same problem. I install windows 6.5 but still no call outgoing n incoming possible, but it show a little bit signal. Pls help if anybody can.
