Colored Icon Bar - HTC Vox

Hey Guys!
Does a simple theme exist, that includes these colored icons?:
http://www.modaco.com/content/HTC-Juno-Phoebus-Juno-MoDaCo-com/264066/Colored-Iconbar-Plugin/
And does this just work with the T-Mobile Shadow Homescreen:
http://shadowregistryhacks.blogspot.com/2008/01/colored-iconbar-plugin.html
Thank you!
*edit*
damn i tried to install the original T-Mobile Shadow Theme (to use that colored icon bar) on my VOX but there are many failures in the design.
Does it probalby just work with T-Mobile branded Phones??

You did try the steps from the MoDaCo page? I am going to try this later this week and will see. I don't see why it wouldn't work, the icons are stored in the linked library and would completely replace the previous ones.
Will post my findings soon.

i was try this with hurricane but this bar works only on general screen (home screen) when i come to menu they disappear

Same for me on the HTC Vox.

What steps did you take? I stepped through creating the registry keys and all, but no iconbar shows up.

Transparent top and bottom taskbars

Hello,
I'm trying to get my top and bottom taskbars transparent. But I have no success.
I tried the cab from smaberg, changed the manila files in windows folder and also removed the taskbar.png with transparent ones.
All this doesn't work for me.
Who has a solution for Manila 2.5.19211619.0.
Thanks.
For transparent taskbars you have to use "HDWall" - search for it
smabergs cab is only for the cutains behind the operator logo and the bottom slider
EDIT:

have fun!
But tbh, this is not a solution for transparency... It just replaces the black backgrounds in the top and bottom with slices of the selected wallpaper, meaning that as long as you can see the top bar, even if in a program, it will have the same slice of the wallpaper.
Real transparency comes for example when you press the windows hard button and get to that menu, that's a real transparent bar at the top... Although it might work in the same way, what do I know. I just find it too ugly that when you're in another program the top bar still has the slice of the wallpaper..

I tried HDWall. But the result is not satisfying. The bottom taskbar is now like the wallpaper. But the top is black. If I go to start menu the background is from the theme only the bottom taskbar is from the wall paper.
If I slide the menu I can't see the background. All is black except the bottom taskbar.
At the end this is ugly.

I played a bit around and deactivated Sense. So there´s the standard WM 6.5.5 homescreen - with transparent taskbar & softbar. Why isn´t this possible with Manila?

App to change icons on Taskbar into buttons

Hi all, I saw this screenshot in one of apps on here. I tried search but couldn't find the info, what apps do I use to change the icons on the taskbar to be buttons like this screenshot?
http://www.imgboot.com/image.php?u=Co0kieMonster&i=screen01.jpg
That's a taskbar modification called Mystic Genius, and can be found in the following thread, along with a ton of great stuff, including icon sets and other taskbar mods (gotta scroll down a bit).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=639002
It's a touch problematic for some, I've read! Also, for WinMo 6.5.x I think you'll need to do some registry tweaks or else the "speaker/volume" icon won't show up! Good luck!
or try this:

try here, it's work 100%

Changing bottom bar only.

Hi again,
After some browsing on the forum i have now a (in my opinion) nice functional phone, but im not satisfied with the looks of the bottom bar that were added installing Artemis 11, Is there someway i can go back to original settings or some tweak i can install that only changes the bottom bar? All i´ve found are packages with task- +bottom bar.
See picture for current look of bottom bar.
Thanks.

How can I replace HTCblack_softkeybar and HTCblack_taskbar?

I have the files, but I don't know how or where to put them, exactly.
Please, can someone tell me where to place them and how?
- HTCblack_taskbar
- HTCblack_softkeybar
Thanks in advance.
Hi
Can you give us a bit more information about what you are wanting to do?
Are you wanting to replace the stock taskbar and and softkey bar with something new?
If so, perhaps this thread will be of interest:

I want to replace the bottom bar and not mess up the taskbar icons, pinscreen and volume control.
So far, I've tried installing a bottom bar by cab, and it does all three of these things.

I installed the black glossy taskbar from the link above and it has done nothing but change the taskbar and softkey graphics. No icons, volume control etc items have been modified.
copy them to Windows directory in device memory

[Q] SOLVED - cant load new icons on quicklinks
