Any volume boost app for SYSTEM volume?? - General Topics

I am listening to streaming radio and transferring the sound to my bluetooth headset, but often even with headset, media player, and physical system volume turned up to maximum, it is barely audible.
Is there any app that works on the WM6 Touch/Vogue that will increase the overall system volume, rather than the call-talking volume, so that things like music and streaming radio can be made louder than the default maximum? Boost it higher than the built-in level?
Thanks...

headphone is not loud enough for mp3

Hi, while I try to use headphone to listen mp3, it's alway not loud enough even I put the system volume to the max. It is any other way to boost the volume to make it louder thought my headphone, the one go from 2.5mm audio jack.
I couldn't find anything about how to make the headphone louder, not thought bt headphone.
Furthermore, is it tools to control the volume for different applications. I think it would be very handy if we can have different volume setting for different applications, say, I alway have to adjust the volume of my windows media player to max, and if I'm using sip phone, I have to change to another setting, and another setting for my reminder in order not to scare others.

Qtek 8310 sound

Can you tell me how many speakers 8310 has? When I play mp3 song from it (192Kbps), it plays sound from the speaker which is used for conversation. And the sound is not very loud (earpeace volume is set to maximum).
Is there only one speaker present? Should I avoid playing music, in order to keep the quality of the speaker on the level it is now, since I don't want to loose conversation sound quality?
Tornado has just one internal speaker
This is not true, it has two of them, one for the earpiece (very tiny) and one for the speakerphone, also used for the ringer. Just search the net for photos of disassembled Tornados or other HTC smartphones.
If you play music and do not have the headset connected, then the bigger speaker is used - and you can't kill it by playing music. The smaller one is only used for phone conversations. The volume level label "earpiece volume" is misleading - it always levels the complete system output audio level (it seems to be stored separately per profile or per situation, e.g. "in call" is remembered separately). It is usually set to full level. Applications (like media player) should not adjust this master volume, but their own playback volume only.

Speaker playback

I'm a Metalhead n need playback of my Metal tracks to be good quality on the phone if not great ! Everything else plays fine than a Rock/Metal track. Its no doubt that the audio quality on the headphones is great. I also understand that those low quality speakers on the Optimus suck.
So now what's the solution to eliminate the crackling + hiss sound?
Can I apply some software application? Can I change the speaker hardware? Can I alter the music files in a way that they dont produce crackling sound but still sound loud enough on speakers?
P.S : Many of the music files I download are originally encoded at a low volume i.e. some of the music files are low volume, while others are higher volume (based on how they were encoded by the uploaders). I always amplify the volume using the freeware "Wavepad" due to the low volume of files. I experimented by first applying a reverb to the files n then amplifying them to see if they no more produce a crackling sound.
Please help me if someone knows what I'm talkin abt.
I almost solved the issue of the crackling/hiss sound on speaker playback by playing around with the software "Wavepad".
In this software, I applied the following to the mp3 files in the given sequence:
1. Automatic Gain Control
2. Equalizer - Band Stop
3. Stereo Pan
4. Amplify - 200% to 300% (max)

Bypass the "headset" volume

First, i'm not a "louder" lover, but sometime, when i'm listing music or youtube video with my headset (sennheiser), the volume is too low. What can I do to bypass the volume and make it louder?
I've found Poweramp, but it's for mp3... but i need to have a overall louder volume everywhere... and if possible, not artificial but a real louder volume.
Thanks!

Low volume after 9.0.2 update

As the title says, I have had low volume issues from the headphone jack since the update. It also seems to push too much bass. I'm not using any equalizer. It's most prevalent in bass boosted earphones like Apple's wired ear pods.
Bluetooth also has this strange issue where the music starts loud but automatically lowers itself when it gets particularly loud. It's not something that can be adjusted. It seems like the max volume itself is lowered.
