My question is:
Does this program work through BlueTooth or through the internet?
If it works through the internet, How I do set it up to connect to my pc, as the IP won't do much good... cause there will be 1000000000 of the same IP's used around the world.
Step by step instructions will be greatly appreciated!
YES! I am not too familiar with this SW.
I need something to connect to my office pc through the internet.
For when I'm on the beach, so that I can access my pc at the office.
My Device: HTC S710 Windows Mobile 6 (Windows CE) OS.

Hi all,
I have to setup a bunch of windows HTC mobile phones remotely, and talking the users thru the steps and loading the correct software is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
I do have remote access to their PC's, so ideally it would be great to just remote the PC and see their device that is attached via USB to the PC.
Does anyone know if there is some software that will allow me to remote the PDA and take control from a PC?

my mobiler is a freeware app that does exactly that.

if you have to install it on many mobiles you may want to just cook your own rom with the software you want already built into it.
there is a program called my mobilizer... I think. while you have control of the customers computer, have them connect the device then install the program. I use this when im setting up my phone. so much easier.

If you can remote to thier PCs, use the MS powertoy available for mobiles. Found here:

CE Remote Display. Just make sure all your users with PDAs have it installed on thier PC and the PDA. Lets you "drive" the PDA while it's connected via USB (or bluetooth and wireless I think but have never used those).

my setup
windows vista business
windows mobile device centre 6.1
hp 214 running windows 6 classic
blackberry bold
2 main problems are :-
1) when trying to install windows mobile apps i get the "activesync is not installed setup will not continue error"
ive tried and updated the mobile device centre to no avail
2) i have a blackberry bold and would like to use it as a modem for my pda i can get it to bluetooth sync but the data wont work...im on t-mobile uk ive looked this up else where and been told to input a advanced command line "XXXXXXXXXXX" but windows mobile doesnt have this only xp

i know the questions was answered but i can confirm tha ti have connected to win 7, vista, win 2003 server and xp machines with it. I also connected to a server over vpn tunnel so it works well

I have Windows mobile 6.1 in my HTC Gene (P3400i)
I want to remote control my computer (having windows xp) in my home via my mobile.
I tried installing remote desktop. but i need lot of info(and guidance ) to proceed.
or is there any software (like teamviewer, showmypc etc ....) for windows mobile.
I have dynamic IP at my home.
There are vnc clients alot easier i use Mocha VNC it's not free but works well and computer side TightVNC Software.
