X-button fix - it will create an USELESS icon in start-programs BUT it will fix the x-button

This is a limitation of the HTC Home and not of the ROM itself.
I tried flashing but I get an error saying that the image file is corrupt. Should I dnld again and try?
I don't know if this problem is being caused by my device or something else.
I keep having alligment problems with custom roms.
When i tap the close button, contacts will open.
Even after a reallignment it stil doesn´t work well.
I don´t know what to do.

it is discussed several times. when cube is deleted you need to use the x-button fix.cab i´ll post in first post!!
BTW - have you noticed how fast the portrait--> landscape switch is working when sliding out the keyboard?
Or anything else - is much faster....

Yeah, ITs a TouchOfSpeed
It seems like this is a very solid and very fast rom. Just one question... is there any way to disable the htc x button? it doesn't really do anything the stock task manager doesn't do for me.

I am a newbie Do I have to remove my older version of TouchIT wm6.1 19199.1.0.0 and go back to HARD-SPL before I install this new version?
Do I still need the X_button.cab?
I also have another problem, since I updated my rom for the first time yesterday I have problems with the ActiveSync, it doesn't synchonisate. Does anyone know what te problem could be?

Hello,
I already found out that I can install it without going back to the HARD-SPL.
In this new version the Today-screen is not having the programma with the clock, weather, music, etc. like the other version? Is this correct?
I'am sorry if I ask stupid questions, I hope you don't mind.

This is a clean rom, So you will need to choose and install the applications you like. So if you like the programme with clock.. weather .. music.. aka HTC Home.. You will need to install it.

- Fast, fast, fast
- after installing my apps and modding it = 30,5MB free RAM
- all responding very fast
- A2dp with Motorolla S9 working
- Music in standby working

- turning the device off with 3sec Powerbutton doesnt work (wait cursor)
- WMP takes a HUGE Ram - audiomanager never did....

I see you got the Arcsoft MMS v5 on there... so definitely very excited about it. The last Rom was absolute perfection (minus mms not working) so I can't wait to flash this!!

I was to tired yesterday to add credits
I will make another update to this rom today
I have an issue with this rom and thats the backlight program in settings. It will exit immediately. You can see the screen flash and catch a glimpse of it but thats it. I´ve checked and it´s not running in the background. The same happens if go by power-settings and choose backlight from left-side softkey.
Other from that a nice and very fast rom. Thanks very much.

Zubi, I can confirm that I cannot check my power either. I have also found out that the bluetooth drivers aren't installed for the wing either. Eh, but I just noticed that its for p4350.......

Ok i flashed this thing and booted it.
Got into the wizard to get everything up and running, the thing started the customization, finished it succesfully.
After a reboot im stuck at entering the pincode, sometimes i make it past this but then im stuck watching a blue screen, the background inflated.
Im unable to use keyboard or stylus from this moment.
I cant connect it to activesync to try and flash again, what can i do?

try hard reset, or reflash
I can't get batterystatus to show up on the today screen. it only shows a blank space where it should be, I have placed a red rectangle in the screeny where it should have been.
Under advanced options in bs click reset viewstate at today screen
BatteryStatus 1.05.0313 (THIS IS USED AS TASKMANAGER/X-BUTTON, ENABLE IT)
This does not work. I even reinstalled bs and still did not work on my wing. I installed X_Button_working.CAB and that fixed the x button. I cant find large start menu icon to turn off large start menu. I use quickmenu and and large start menu has to be turned off. Do you know reg setting is. Thanx

so are these still beta versions or the real thing? Flash newbie here..i like what i see and wanna make sure its the real thing not a beta.

found two issues, comm manager not skinned (not really a problem) and audio manager doesnt work for me, it stays like searching the songs or something like that
i'm testing and tasting it

do a search on google for "duprades keyboard fix"... and also its on my server.. check the link plenty of cabs.. or try itje cab links he posted...
im having troubles going back to hardspl again, i install those 3 cabs but when i press update it says that herald is not connected

Graphicly looking smooth as always.
Will it have the diamond keyboard & predictive textinput because it keeps on messing up my hardware keyboard (not even duprade's fix or reg tweaks would help).

So how is it coming?
Mine i think just keep restarting... yeah it does, let me try one more time.
ok. after some resets and such I got this working.
Screen seems to freeze after a moment of idle time. then it speeds up. couldnt get any web pages to load other then google.
well, i couldn't get it to pass the styles screen. It just froze and then kept restarting both times.
Outlook Exchange
anyone have the exchange option missing from messaging?
I can't seem to send and SMS or MMS messages after flashing to this ROM. I've set up the T-Mobile Data connection and put in the correct gateway and server address and it still doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem?

I too am having the SMS/MMS not working problem too. As well as the no exchange/pop3 email issue.

i have the htc_network_wizard.cab and installed it, and it's worked on other ROMs, but for some reason keeps freezing on this rom? tried multiple times, wouldn't work.
nice rom though, will try when release comes
