He's even loading another one... though with an older radio and os... we'll see... but I have the newest one (the 2nd) on my phone and it reboots ok.

Can't even upload it to rapidshare with my broadband connection as there are too many people downloading my rom.
I am now uploading it by using the HSPDA connection of my TyTN (running my WM6.1 build)... I guess this might be a good way to do some stress testing on the rom as well?

I assume it will, but no one tried it yet... Just give it a shot and let me know how it goes... I suspect that you will just have to install the keyboard fix and you should be good to go.

Cant get to the link or even just his website. After page loads for sometime it says server unavailable. Really want to try this rom out but looks like no go yet huh? Title says download ready.

It's been fun folks, but it's time I moved on. These ROMs have been left here for historical purposes only. No further changes or support will be provided.

Cube v6.01 has been uploaded, with v6.01 Lite, Clean & UltraClean to follow within the next couple of days. Make sure to see post #2 for cube beta bugs & fixes.
UltraClean to Lite ROMs differ from my previous ROMs because I decided to leave out all the touch skins. These will be present in the fuller ROMs (Multimedia - Cube).
If you have any suggestions for the fuller ROMs (Multimedia - Cube), please post them before I release them, and I'll see if I can add it. I will be adding similar packages found in my previous ROMs, found on Alex's v5.2 ROM wiki
The only radio that works other than 1.65.17.10 (the radio from hell) is 1.65.14.06, which has been included by default in the v6.01 ROMs. You can find 1.65.14.06 radio only in the folders for v6.0.
I use Bepe's All-in-one RGU & DSM for a faster ROM and therefore cannot be extracted easily. The kitchen and all the extracted applications will be released a week after all the ROMs have been released.
Donations are encouraged if you enjoy what I do.
Cube Beta v6.01 looks similar to the image below. Pocket CM has been removed in favor of HTC Random access. The dialer & PTT has been left as AT&T default for video sharing purposes. Batti has also been removed and was replaced with VistaHide Battery Gauge w/touch-like skin. Today Agenda has also been removed.

Thanks I've been looking for a ROM stripped of everything including the camera (have the Tilt NC which doesn't have a camera) so we can pick and choose apps individually.

Radio not to bad.
Just had a 46 min phone conversation. Battery went from a 86% to 82% in a EDGE coverage area.
...and while driving home the phone conversation that I was having didn't drop at the normal spot.
...but I still want to be able to change this radio

I'm confused about your post... This ROM is released w/o a radio, meaning you can flash this and use any WM6.1 radio.
As for wanting to try out the radio that did ship with the original ROM, it's very ill advised

YES you have right i Want to Deleted more files first must found how to Delete the Camera Drivers because is old one
i Fix all ready change the Main screen and you don't need a cab for it
I try know to Delete the "Clear Storage" I think is not necessary because you can have e Hard reset with hard buttons
if any one know How remove something or how create folder inside on Start -> Programs tell me
because is to many programs there and we want folder Like: tools, Internet , Position ...

i didnt try making folders in it
your going the right way
but i want to ask something can the extended rom of the kaiser be removed
or the non accessable memory be used to increase the space
one more thing why are most kasier roms the ram usage is around 50 percent
thx and your rom is super fast and super stable and i cant find bugs to report actually its running like a charm
but my suggestion is try to delete anything that looks un important so we can get the light rom

i have already update the TO DO list
there you can found one file import it to advance config and tell me if you have better result of battery
50% of ram? i think this use only the 33% 62 from 92 is free
but the rom of kaiser is heavy bevause have to much drivers for camera. real keyboard...
if you find how to remove something tell me

This ROM looks great. Is there any initial feedback as to how it performs? If anyone has tried this and any of the other TF3D ROMS, I would be very interested to hear how it compares.
I have been hoping for a 3D ROM I can use but wanted to wait until some of the initial problems were ironed out. This one looks very nice. Could it be time for me to take the plunge? I'm currently liking Sakajati's HyperDragon III. It's pretty solid, but I'd love to move up to the 3D experience.
Incredible piece of work! Very few problems so far and all minor stuff.
I hope this is the start of something good. Definitely an early Christmas present.
Performance is really good considering its 3D.
I have 40.82MB free.
Just to mention some issues I found (really nothing major):
- button assignment seems to be a bit screwed (that was an easy fix)
- first splash screen after reset has old ROM's picture on the bottom (very minor issue indeed)
- can't check audio booster (not a new problem for me)
- weather app uses VGA resolution. Can't see text very well and selecting country/city past letter S is cumbersome. Overall that app could use some more tweaking.
- Start application shows up in task manager - don't shut it down or you'll end up with a soft reset.
- Wasn't able to select my music from SD
Biggest issue I found so far is that even though the apps (task/Email/Message/Favorites/etc.) are there when you slide out the keyboard it doesn't go landscape.
All in all, I love it! Can't wait to get the next update.

no, there no autostandby tou have to press the power button to close manila and turn off the screen!!!
also if manila isn't open power button lauch it...

Please have HardSPL installed before flashing. You may sometimes get a bad flash, and HardSPL helps.
I recommend latest 1.71.09.01 radio.
There is somewhat high RAM usage in this rom suite. The reason for this is many new Topaz ported applications require ResProxy and Preload which loads many useful programs into memory already, though they don't show up, and loads many of the pictures and graphics that will be used for those programs into memory so there's a little less startup time when you open the program. Helps it run smoother.
GoogleMaps and Opera are both installed via built in Customization at startup. Please see the zip files included in each pack to see how you can add any other cab installation you want to your ROM on first boot. You must only know how to edit the config.txt on your storage card. Search up on this site and there's info if you don't know how.
The included version of GoogleMaps in the bundled cab is 3.0.1.6.
The included version of Opera Browser in the bundled cab is 9.5.15954. It can handle Flash, but has been disabled via opera:config for smoother operability. Change back if you'd like.
TomTom is setup as default GPS Navigator in Footprints. Navitel, Copilot or Papago are also supported. NO OTHER GPS APPS ARE! Registry to change for people that know what they're doing is located in HKLM\Software\HTC\NaviSW.

Bugs:
Manila2d doesn't work in Landscape, of course.
Fonts are too big for your liking? Go to Settings/System/Screen/Text Size and set on middle for what you're used to.
Ports from some WVGA Topaz apps were only skinned in Portrait. Landscape wasn't ported as it's too time consuming.
Miss the old style scrolling? (slower, but has ability to scroll messages/sms, etc.) Go to Advanced Config, under Settings. Under HTC TouchFLO section, set Scrolling to Enabled.
Java programs have fonts too big, such as Opera Mini? Install 3LIT3 Java Fix cab here.
Please report any other bugs and let me know.

Volume Control
This rom is very good, i actually wanna keep it, but so far i can't seem to adjust the ring and speaker volume.
When i click on the title bar, i get a list that only have two (2) items:
-Network icon
-Battery icon
There is no volume management at all.
Any suggestions?

I had the same issue. I could only find how to put it on vibrate (hold end key), but that is no good for me as I need to put it on silent when I'm in work. Hence I had to remove the ROM immediately
Ah yes, I forgot Kaiser doesn't have hardware volume button. Will try and fix that.

Okay, fixed the volume issue, added in LargeTitleBar to fix that. Changed the download link to fixed one, so redownload if you had downloaded from megaupload.

with opera9.7 any time ROM is no sleep. after softreset (?) sleep.

I don't normally post in these things, but I just DL'd this ROM, and I'm loving the boot sequence/hardware detection screen. From my first WINMO device I expected that screen... and that was 8 years ago. Bout time it made it over to the handhelds.
Also, quick response time so far, even with the full version. I've yet to hit cell service, so we'll see how that goes, but so far, so good. Thanks!

Well its getting more professional work now. Am planning to expand my work and developments with my new releases. As i recently got an Elfin so Rolling out a ROM for it. Its no more my personal rom but a rom for all of you keeping the stability, performance and battery life in mind. A nearly perfect rom without bugs is what i have always been looking out for so do help me with your suggestions. The more the suggestions the better it will get.

Q. Pagepool?
A. Both Roms are by default 12mb PagePool.
Q. Your Roms have Splash Screen inbuilt so How i change or revert back to Original SplashScreen?

A. Its personal choice but i personally use -.
Q. Why there is no TaskManager?
A. Either i include showcase TaskMgr or HTC TaskMgr. As in recent builds HTC TaskMgr is not much of a use, Showcase is Included.
Q. How does the new Showcase Taskmanager works?
A. Its a must and cool replacement of old HTC taskmanager. Developed by amarulla. All you need to do is press and hold the Start Button, and the Taskmanager will open up. Press and Hold X Button minimizes application, and pressing X Button Closes it.
Q. Am not able to transfer files thru Bluetooth in Resco Explorer?
A. Basically resco doesnt supports the new bluetooth stacks in our devices so the bluetooth function doesnt work directly.
But the trick is that instead of clicking on send to bluetooth, click on send to infrared recipient, this will activate the M$ beam and send files via Bluetooth only. So no issues. This method and tweak was listed on Resco website.
Q. Where is ICR Recording?
A. ICR is removed and a common record option will be seen in the call menu in both wm dialer as well as htc dialer, the recordings will be saved in notes in main memory. and ca be viewed by notes application.
Q. Hows the Battery BackUp?
A. It is good enough with TFlo2D and best with Titanium and wm Dialer.
