Sorry, I will never use a PDAVIET rom - they once stole my dump and never sayed thanks.

Would much more have tried out itjes new 6.1 rom, but i'm very interessted in trying out the speed of 6.1 :=)

Well,
I had to give it a shot to compare with my rom...
The rom seems to work well, they have a newer build than mine.
There is more storage space than my rom but less apps.
But then my rom has about 2 + MB more for program.

But still believe me. WM6.1 is much faster and i only tested a non cleaned version.... let´s wait for itjes release and we will have fun with a non timebomb new build and fast stable rom...
i believe he will do it.
don´t want to force you - but wm6.1 is in base faster than wm6....
WM6.1 is like a Windows XP Service Pack upgrade
It makes your device more stable and faster

I see that you got the link to download this PDAviet release. Could you provide me with a mirror ? I can't seem to understand what the posts say I got the black version, but thats not 6.1.

Just tried their standard passwords. I think it was pdaviet/pdaviet or in upper case.

yupp, just flashed the PDAVIET one hour ago, looks stable...
Nice increase of speed with this rom, something I noticed right away. Was glad to see that the trim feature was working in AudioManager...this feature seemed to be "left out" from a few ROM's i've tried recently. Also it appears that the problem with the x-button and the left soft-key has returned which makes the task manager quite useless. A quick fix I suggest would be to use the task manager from batterystatus which can be assigned to a hardware key. This allows you to close programs without pressing the screen(just press sideways on the d-pad.)
Also seems kind of wierd that there isn't a running applications tab on the memory page anymore, its been made into a seperate app.
Anyone care to explain how the managed programs application works??
Lastly is it just me or does anyone else think that the time spent developing "Getting Started" could have been put to better use...but I guess it'll help your average noob get acquainted with their device.

Dunno, I hooked it up to my exchange server. Only use AS for flashing.
Just download to Kuuf instructions.

I know...but I could not find it !....I found one camera pach..but it does not work (only camera button pach,nothing serious)...
why no one here can not make camera function? is it so hard to compile or....? is it possible in process of cooking ROM to leave some origin functions untouched?...is it possible to make untouched upgraded ROM? (without any insufficiant programs)...

I've seen a couple of copies floating around - especially when intergrated (pre-installed) into ROMs
HOWEVER - I have not seen a _stable_ copy of SnapVUE for the Universal; nor one of those big today plugins (HTC Home, SnapVUE, etc) that doesn't eat RAM

Same here, I have tried many different ROMs with SnapVue intergrated but on my current 2.09.01 BL+ B_V1 I cannot get this to work. Any ideas boffins?

Yeah it is, it has no IPL/SPL attached to it neither doest it has any Splash Screens attached its just the OS.nb translated into nk.nbf so it must be G4 safe.

Here i would say........ NO, cause you need your T-Mobile to be CID unlocked to flash any other ROMs to your T-Mobile. Please check the G4 section for that. Thank You!!!

I guess there was problem with my settings, SORRY! but it's working. You can see the image attached below. I have just started using mail2web.com Exchange Server with these settings
Server name: mobile.exchange.mail2web.com
User name: yourusername_mail2web
Pasword: ******
Domain: ad2
(In the picture shown above i'm connected to my computer using Bluetooth, then setup the Exchange Server and it got Connected to it.)
Did yours worked on other ROMs? If yes, then what error do you get on my ROM? Support Code: 0x80004005?

well when i do the Function keys they are the wrong ones, for example when i press FN to turn on WIFI, it opens up File Explorer

try looking for TILT keyboard fix, this .cab will do the reverse
FN-W should be @ but comes up as !

uhh, again, this is for people with kaisers (not tilts) who flash an at&t Rom on their device. try looking for a tilt keyboard fix instead

Thanks man! Anything special about these drivers? ddi.dll is bigger. The registry has references to Chinese keyboard so that would have to be changed for English ROMs.
Is the 3.14 much different from 3.07 or 3.10?

touch.dll is also different from 3.07 and 3.10, so i think we should test the new TouchFLO from this ROM. also it seems the build of this ROM is 20761

Yes, yes, this is true! Build should not be lower than AKU1.4. In RGU is the key to stop scrolling MS.

The Opal version of biotouch.dll was a little better than the 3.07/3.10 Elfin version.... so I hope 3.14 has an even better version with no problems.
The main question is... why is there this new release for the Elfin? Nobody sells this anymore, it's almost 2 years old.

TouchFLO shortcut under Settings only shows a blank white screen when opened.

not sure about elfin but
orange uk shops are selling the elf touch still on pay and go for £140. i got mine a few weeks back from them , its a bargin so i assume other orange shops are doing the same . my radio when i first got it was 07.something it was a good radio but i changed it out of inerest in other radios and now cant find 07 anywere .
