Kaiser/Vario III of T-Mobile & BlackBerry - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III Windows Mobile ROM De

May this is again a annoying question but I have tried several BB Client SW Versions (like the one form AT&T) and BlackBerry Desktop SW as described in the forum with no success . I guess the challenge is that the Vario III is a T-Mobile OEM product. As I am not an SW developer or engineer I need Dummy support how to get the BB solution running on my T-Mobile Vario III (Win Mobile 6 Prof. ROM-Version1.56.11.4)
Helpful would be a step by step description and the link where to get the needed pieces of SW. Active Sync is running on my PC. With my Siemens SK65 I was connected to our company BB server.
Thank you very much in advance

new pocket pc

Hello, guys.
in short: i recieved a T-mobile MDA compact pocket pc as a gift. It has german windows installed and it's all i know about it..
problem is that i barely understand german
i want to upgrade to an english version and get info about this pocket pc (what is the ROM? software, hardware info), but in pocket pc's software i'm pretty newbie. i've tried to search through this forum for information and i've tried several manuals, but all instalations ends up with "please reconnect your pocket pc"
please post any threads, web manuals or anything, where can i find needed information . thanks in advance...
It sounds like you're on the right track - but go here for the full guide (for EXE ROMs only):
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=MagicianRomUpgrade
And for the purposes of Windows Mobile PDAs, consider ROMs to be the 'operating system file', a file from which a version of Windows Mobile can be installed onto your PDA.
thanks looks like should work, i'll try it soon :]

Blackberry Connect on Samsung i320

Hi Guys,
I know that the i320 isn't an HTC device, but I have sucessfully managed to get blackberry connect up and running on my Wizard and my work is hopefully about to supply me with an i320.
I realise that it's a smartphone and not a PPC, but I believe that there is some interoperablity between the two in WM5.
So my question is, will I be able to use the BB Connect that I use on my Wizard (downloaded from the ftp site) on the i320 or does anyone know of any varients for the smartphone platform?
Cheers!
anyone?
Even a little guidancee would be good! Thanks!
If you find a solution, let us all know
We are talking about this on the S620 aka Dash SP forum as well. We know that a SP client came out for WM 2003 in South Africa on the Vodacom network, but we haven't see one since. Where oh where, if at all, is the WM5 for Smartphone BB Connect client?
Here is the original BB Connect cab file for WM 2003
It would only install on a Moto MPx220 device running WM 2003 and gave a uncertified device error when I tried it on any other device. Any programmers out there want to give it a shot and change the cab file so it does not require a particular device to install on?
This one installs. I couldn't get it to work on my MPx200 w/ 2003.

Blackberry Connect on X7510/Ameo 16Gb

Hello everyone. Apologies if this has been addressed before, but I was wondering if the latest version of the BB Connect client (4.0.0.106) as found on sems.org works on the Ameo 16gb/X7510? I am intending to get the Blackberry Internet Service put onto my acc but I would like to know if there are any known side effects for me installing the BB Connect client onto my Ameo and if there is a specific version of the BB Connect client I should be using instead.
I also am interested in knowing if the blackberry can work in x7510

[Completed] HTC HD2 to PDA and android

Hi,
We have an ERP company which supports a program that you can use it with a PDA with windows mobile 6.5 and .framework 3.5.
For my company I need basically two android with scanner to support my application (500$):
Two windows 6.5 devices which will cost I do not know maybe ($700) to support my company's erp.
That is all $2400
Instead I have a thought and I would like to ask you if could I use:
this mobile: HTC HD will cost new ($140) with a bluetooth scanner (200$).
In the second case it would be a $680 instead of a $2400 investment. I would like to ask if I could dual boot it and use it as a pda with windows 6.5 and .net framework 3.5 installed or as an android device whenever I want?
What do you think please tell me your opinion! My erp company said that he has used it only in PDAs in the past never in mobile phone with windows. What do you think is it going to work?
Thank you in advance!!
