MMS for US T-mobile - HTC Vox

I am having a really difficult time setting up MMS on my VOX. I have Dr. Gonzo's 0.3 Rom installed. I setup the GPRS for internet use without a hitch, work perfectly I just cannot get a MMS to send. I have searched many sites and wiki's and I think I got it all setup right.. Here are my settings:

I know I must have something wrong in there, probably a few things. It tries to send the message but ends up timing out. TIA for any information.

Oh great i cant access it at work, but ill do at home. this will be quite easy?
yeah.
you just select your country and provider and the settings will be installed automatically
I found that to get GPRS and MMS working at the same time on my vox with the settings entered by connection settings program, they had to be altered slightly.
If it helps my o2 UK settings are this:
Connections > GPRS > Mobile web
Connects to: The internet
Access Point: mobile.o2.co.uk

Max send size: 300k
Wap Version: WAP 2.0
Internet explorer set to "Automaticly detect settings" and "The Internet"
With those settings both GPRS/EDGE Internet and MMS send/recieve work. I found the default settings only one or the other worked.
Hope that helps
Thanks for all that mate, however for some reason i dont get the "Connects to: o2 Active" option, i only have The Internet, Orange MMS, Secure WAP network, WAP network, and Work. They are my only options in the list i can choose.
Shall i delete or the Orange related settings?? Maybe this will help?
Also under the SMS Service option it asks SMS over: GSM preferred or GPRS?
Although my SMS are coming through no problems, but would this affect MMS?
Ok edit - MMS seems to be now working since i deleted all the orange connections, but still cant browse the internet so which settings affect this directly?

Have you ran the connection set-up program? That will put the o2 active options in, then you change the settings to what I have listed.
ah ok great, keep forgetting to do it once i get home. will do it tonight
thanks again for your help
mmm i just tried running that setup file on the handset, and after i selct where to install it to, i get an error "installation was unsuccessful. The program or settings cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions"
Ideas?
It sounds like your handset is still application locked, and you need to unlock it to install non-verified software. I don't have a link on how to do it at the moment, have a search for SDA_ApplicationUnlock on here.

MMS settings

APN - wap.cingular
USERNAME- [email protected]
PASSWORD - CINGULAR1
WAP GATEWAY: WIRELESS.CINGULAR.COM
WAP PORT: 8080
MMSC (URL): HTTP://mmsc.cingular.com/
MMSC PORT: 80
with a data plane, having WAP PORT on 80 will work fine. if you get out of a data plan like me, and they change the IMEI, you need to make the WAP PORT to 8080 for MMS to continue correctly.

The settings from their website work fine for me. No problems with LTE or MMS.

Auto Refill Confirmation, MMS receive works!
Good day
I authorized a NEXUS 5 Sunday, ATT Micro Sim from Straight Talk
I used the APN settings from the website, last Sunday without any luck receiving MMS messages
I tried every setting on XDA I could find without any receive MMS success
Last night I received a confirmation from Straight Talk thanking me for my Auto Refill Signup
MMS receive started working right after that, go figure.
I am on the Straight Talk APN Settings, nothing different.:good:

Tello APN Settings

Dropping this here so I can find it later if I need it, and to help any soul out who hasn't had a chance to call customer service. I just edited the default APNs in the CM13.
For USA Sprint Tello Network:
Name: Sprint LTE
APN: n.mi.ispsn
Username: [email protected]
MMSC: http://mms.sprintpcs.com
MMS proxy: 68.28.31.7
MMS port: 80
MCC:310
MNC:120
APN Type: default,mms
Bearer: LTE
For MMS a new APN needs to be added (requires restart, on CM13 APN is not visible in manager, so verify it is correct on first entry)
Name: Sprint mms
APN: cinet.spcs
mmsc: http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms
mms proxy: 68.28.31.7
proxy port: 80
APN Type: mms
bearer: LTE
